I got a preapproval through rocket mortgage and called back and spoke to Sandi again. This old lady is rude! She told me that they don't use trash companies like rocket and I had to use their mortgage company in order for her to show me this home. I didn't pursue the home because this lady was the worst. Every time I drive through town and see this old bag on billboards I get a little angry. Please look elsewhere for a realtor!

No one is going to pay over appraisal unless the home is desired by other parties! The home was not and was on the market for a year! They never submitted our offer as we said we were offering it. They modified our offer on their own several times. This was incredibly frustrating! They were always rude and never once friendly! None of them! These women in this office must be PMS ing constantly! We regret having to use these people to get our home. The only reason we went on is due to having no time to find a new home.
