I placed the item in their custody, they handled shipping it to an authentication service back east, and once it came back verified as genuine, they worked with that authentication company to get it listed and sold on eBay. The whole thing turned out perfect with smooth communication, careful handling, and no drama. Their fee was totally reasonable for the amount of work and responsibility involved. What really impressed me was what happened after he completed the appraisal. A month after the appraisal, my tenants informed me that they were moving.
