Our family ordered a property appraisal from this firm three months ago. Closing on the property sale is delayed, so a refreshed evaluation is necessary. I tried four times to reach Mr. Jacob Uzuncan, the man who did the job, to learn about this... with zero reply. Voicemail, email, the rudeness was the same. The robot answerer selections lead to nowhere, and they don't return calls.
