Friday 8am comes and no one here or call to say they were coming. So at 8:30 I call the office to find out where they were. I was told my service man was at another call and would be over between 10 and 10:30. I asked what happened to our 8am appointment and was told it had been "moved", no call or email to state that. I said I was not happy but was still going to let it go. At 11am I get a call from the office that the tech would be over in 35min to which we then canceled the appointment.
