Was having problems with my toilet backing up into my tub and sink . The tub was filled with very…read morediscusting toilet poo. Called All pro they camr out the next day. The guy put a rag in the bathtub to keep from coming up the hole when he took the toilet out. He ran a snake down it than went out che checked something ran the snake some more went out and check something than told me the pipe was frozen and that there was nothing else they could do. He put the toilet back(which i had to redo because it rocked like a rocking chair) than said it would be $671 i said for what for running the snake pulling my toilet off leaving my tub full of poop water. Than after i stupidly paid he said he could bring a heater out for $1600 to unthaw the pipe i told him no you didnt fix it aftet the $671 whos to say your going to fix it for $1600. We spent 2hrs working on it after they left the pipe was not frozen. Ran a snake down it from both sides. Finally got the toilet to flush and able to get the poop water out of my tub. Worked for a few days and back to the same thing. I call All Pros services talked to Lesile and she told me could send someone back out wouldn't charge a service call I told her your not going to charge me anything because you didn't fix the problem in the first place all she could say is well we won"t know till he comes back out I said no you took enough of my money and did not fix the problem. I asked for a refund and she said well we can"t do that I said why you didn't fix it so I shouldn"t have to pay. Don"t use this company their rude disrepectful scam artist who need to change their name several times becausr of too many complaints. You can"t even get on their website because it doesn't exsist.
