Not ideal but worse I've watched my two favorite stylists disappear and that's no good for any business who cannot keep quality staff! There's obviously a trashy noncompete clause at this place which ruins decent ethics. Combine that with the lack of rewards program and no way to make appointments, I've moved to Great Clips on the levey since last spring. I had to monitor the Google live traffic for near two weeks to avoid over an hour wait my last time. This is quite frustrating but I'm assuming it is just because of the Christmas family photo rush. I've been coming here over a year now and thankful to have a great spot with friendly staff who keeps track of hair styles and notes what notes we wrote last time. Ashley is, well was, fantastic! We seem to finally have figured out a cut that works for my head and hair after almost twelve months of trying various doos, struggle of partially curls, frizz, and thicker straight sides. Really nice to have fair pricing here too unlike some other places down the road that aim for Hollywood wallets. Everyone here is friendly and makes it real comfortable for all us guys. But alas the corporate junk and annoying lack of fair play has forced me elsewhere.

My stylist is awesome and rents the back corner which has a window, wood walls with mirror decor diagonally placed in the wall design. So lovely! I have always loved this stylist, but now out on her own, it's like amazing magic happens. She has no rules but her own. Her rules are amazing hair! She ups the A+ every time. How great can my hair get? I thought it was hopeless at one time. It is magically better than ever! The owner here brewed a pot of coffee because I wanted some and my stylist had some too. Otherwise they have water, pop, and all the other beverages offered like most places. Here is a unique and neat place. It's decorated and designed all around for a little of this and a little of that for everyone. There are couches, some have Valentine's Day teddy bears out! Cute. The place is kept clean. The girls each kinda do their own business but certainly help each other out just being at the very least booth friends in the same profession. They watch each other (especially my girl) work her unique skills and Magic. So, overall - unique talents and skills are shared to each other here among the staff making all of the unique independent stylists better than before. The owner cares about the stylist renting space out and the customers being happy and safe. I don't know if he even does hair or just runs the building, but the owner is the first one to help his tenants renting space serve their customers. He cleans, sweeps, and makes/brings beverages and even refills and asks his stylist and the customers if they need anything. Very nice people. All independent here.
