Job started 24 September, as of today, Dec 15, 2025, he still has refused to finish the work. We had to hire another contractor to finish the work because he has refused to make contact with since March. Even after retaining a lawyer he will not contact us. I called the office many times and constantly got the runaround. I reached out to the owner, Cass Lowrie, several times, left multiple voicemails, and sent emails, but never received a return call. I even went to their office in July and spoke with the office manager, Nicole Cosenza, who assured me the project would be completed, but nothing ever moved forward. Their phone number now appears to be disconnected, and I am not sure if the company is still operating. To make matters worse, one of the windows they installed is still cracked, and I have no way to contact anyone to fix it. As a senior, I feel taken advantage of, and I hope sharing my experience helps others make informed decisions.
