I spent over $15,000 at this store and when I tried to return a few unused items, they refused. I was told the supplies were not in a condition that could be resold, not quite the truth. In fact the company sent a truck to pick up the supplies, then was supposed to issue a credit, three weeks go by and no credit. I called the store, spoke to Dave and he told me someone would get back to me the same day. No response, I called the next morning and was told by Sean that they could not issue a credit.Then they sent a truck back 30 miles to drop the supplies off. How is that for customer service, spend $15,000 plus and they won't budge on returns. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee. The operations manager of Sticks and Stuff appears to be a small town narrow minded short sighted individual that needs additional business training. But when the Marmoleum install was flawed due to an air bubble, their solution was to go over the top of the flawed floor with a second layer of Marmoleum. In the process of tearing up the flawed floor, our brand new drywall was damaged and their attempt to fix it was lousy at best. The representative who came out even said he was concerned about losing money on the job. When we withheld payment until the drywall was fixed, we were threatened with litigation. In the end, we had to fix the drywall on our own.

On Memorial Day Weekend, they had a tent sale which had some nice clearance items out under a tent. Fun to browse. Inside must have been 85 degrees and packed with people busy getting stuff for their Memorial Day Weekend projects. My deal with place is that the prices are quite high compared to what I am used to. Example: Pool Noodle: $4.25. I can get these at Wal-Mart or Xmas Tree shop for a buck. My hose was almost $25 for only 20 feet! Good things my purchases were limited. Since this was not covered by insurance (flood) this was out of pocket and it seems to be a very fair price for work provided.

The mold mitigation was expertly handled and every detail of our bathroom reconstruction was well-executed - just to mention a few aspects - painting, insulation, flooring, walls, and wallboard replacement. They did more than put a lot of work into making our bathroom safer. What they gave us was a bathroom which is a massive, beautiful improvement over what we had before. We also found the Cleanway Services staff very professional and pleasant people.
