I'm retired and my income and financial stability is precious to me. I had to finance the tractor and implements in order to buy them. Well, here I am a year later, and I have no regrets at all. I worked with salesman Quintin, assisted by Michael, both of whom did a great job of answering all my questions; and I had plenty. I was never pushed into ordering anything I didn't need. In fact, Quintin talked me out of a couple of things I wanted and offered more practical solutions to me. Once the tractor arrived, they got to work on building it and installing the options. Before long, I was on my tractor and using it on my MT property to do the heavy lifting for me. During the first few weeks, I called Quintin a few times on his cellphone with questions. He always answered my calls and in spite of me feeling bad for bothering him, he politely told me to shup-up, that I wasn't bothering him and that it was his job to answer my questions even though he had already made the sale. I was great having him there to answer questions for a few weeks. Since my original purchase, I've been back to the store and bought some other things. While removing the old cabinets they broke window trim. They didn't mention it, didn't keep the piece that broke and now I'm sticking with needing to match the old trim that has been in place and in the sun for years or replace all the trim so it matches. There is toe kick that was more than an inch short but they just left it with a big gap. They made the decision without any consultation to simply not include a cabinet because it would be in the way of the dryer even though the old cabinet was there and there was no issue with the dryer. Now the wall has an exposed spot that has to be painted which did t need painting and has to be matched to the old paint or the entire room repainted. There are gouge marks on the wall and broken drywall where they pried the old back splash but took zero care to not do damage. The quality of their cabinets is no better than any box store. The quality of their install is no better than any completely unskilled laborer could pull off. Like I said in the beginning, I literally could go on and on. The final word is that refuse to make it good. They defend their shoddy work. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

They just had a cancellation and a 2 o'clock they sent over Brian and Kenney. we also needed a washer and dryer from our garage, moved into our laundry room and the ones that were there moved into the garage. Both men were extremely respectful, conscientious, kind and did a great job in a very short amount of time. They've they even suggested I take the time to sweep out the area of the old washer and dryer that they pushed into the garage. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.
