The pricing has been increased to new in box amounts and it seems most of the help hate being there, without a Hi or thank yous. I wasn't looking for money out of the till, I wanted to return a few items I bought 2 days ago, there was a very good chance I was going to use that refund to get other items. Instead the store refused the $20 return and in so doing lost out on $60 to $70 I would have spent and even worse, the thousands I would have spent over the next 10 years. Did he have to tear it out? Yes. Did it cost us, again? Yes. However, Alpine Granite still gets five stars for graciously acknowledging the mistake, and taking immediate steps to correct the issue. Haley and Flora were wonderful to work with and insisted on a second measurement to ensure accuracy. Josh also gets five gold stars for his meticulous install, professionalism and gracious attitude.

Since one person was ahead of us for kitchen design, we weren't concerned about waiting our turn. But when we explained our needs, the agent seemed disinterested and distracted and did not have time to help us but stated that they would take our kitchen measurements and get back to us. They never did, and when we went back they didn't have our information. Needless to say, we went elsewhere where we were respected.

The cashier sent us to the back counter where it said customer service where two male clerks were looking busy but had not one customer in front of them and neither on the phone. We pulled up a seat at the counter and they both refused to look up at either of us and after waiting awkwardly for 15 minutes, we left. I think if they don't want to talk to customers or even acknowledge us with any greeting, they should find another job. Sad comments for the business because this was our third trip there and each time the lumber yard was fantastic helping us find our materials.
