I called them for the first time. Their inspector walked around, said I didn't really have a termite problem, never lifted a single bait station off the ground, then quoted me $7,000 extra to treat the attic. If I don't have a problem, why quote seven grand for treatment? And if they did want to treat the attic, why did they refuse to do anything about the termites I found on my floors at ground level? Their guarantee was worthless. Total rip off.

I called and they said there was a scheduling issue someone would be out that Thursday. Thursday comes nothing. Call again the next week (week 3) they said there was ANOTHER scheduling issue and someone would be out friday. I told them we wouldn't be home were are going out of town Thursday at 12. They insured me someone would be there first thing Thursday morning. Thursday comes and by 12 no one still had shown up. I call AGAIN and let them know this is the third week no one had shown up and I want a refund. They try and talk me into another service free of charge. I told them no I want my money we are done. The next week ( week 4 ) someone ranom shows up un announced AGAIN to check for traps AFTER I've already canceled and requested a refund. I call the office AGAIN and let them know someone was at my house and she said "no one should be there you aren't even on the schedule". ABSOLUTELY MIND BOGGLING. it has now been a month and we still have no refund. They keep telling us "higher ups have to approve it". My husband called this morning and someone from the national line answered and said our refund was issued may 21st. (The last day I spoke with them and was told it has to be approved by higher ups). Its now June 4th and it still hasn't hit out account and the traps haven't caught anything but dust. Save your time and sanity and use another pest control company because orkin is NOT IT.

Plan of action was to treat the entire area via trenching method, and drilling along a couple of places that had concrete along the house. Appt date was set, and they showed up on time with qualified technicians. They were efficient and disrupted the lawn around the house minimally. Curtis came out and gave us a reasonable quote and answered all of our questions with his extensive knowledge! Our first service appointment was today, and Devante Limbrick was our pest technician. I was super impressed on his thoroughness in getting all the areas in the interior and exterior of the house. He was very respectful on spraying the interior first so he doesn't get mud inside the house due to the rain earlier. Davante is super friendly and has all the answers to my general pest questions.
