A while later he called again to let me know he was deep into another job and expected it would be 2 or 3 hours before he could get to me. Two hours later, he called again saying he was on his way. Long story short, he snaked the sewer line no muss or fuss. Informed me that the line was in bad shape and should be replaced when I could and even gave an estimate of the likely cost. My drains are flowing smoothly now and I am very happy I called this company. I'll likely have them replace that sewer line when I can manage it. They charged a very reasonable price and got the job done quickly.

They took advantage of the homeowner who didn't know any better. The homeowner is going to pursue his money back and put in a complaint in regards to the work Johnathan provided. Our ranch is in the middle of nowhere, and these gentlemen didn't even groan when I told them where the problem was located. Drain Guru plumber, guy hired another plumber business (Parker and Parker) to come to my home to…read morefind the leak. The P&P came in unscrewed 2 screws from panel under dishwasher. He showed me the leak was from the dishwasher. I had to paid P&P $160. because the guru guy could not unscrew 2 screws. Thereafter I had to pay guru guy $205. for his joking around, talking silly, he asked me if I painted, I said yes then I realized he was snooping in the other room where I have my art supplies. He put one valve under sink water pipe, called in 2 guys to remove dishwasher, they left grease skid markers on our new floor planks, guru guy had a few more corny jokes and it seems that he stayed a long time doing nothing. FINALLY he left. I am physically challenged and I feel that guru guy took advantage of me by hiring P&P needlessly. Later when I purchased a dishwasher (it's still not installed) I text guru guy and asked...as a curtesy can you connect the 3 electrical wires to the dishwasher? He bulked with a long he tirade to charge me again for connecting 3 wires. I know how to connect 3 wires, I'm not lame yet my hesitation is that there is a connection with a water hose from the dishwasher to a water pipe under the sink. I can't afford guru guy & possibly he brings in another plumber to connect 3 wires...of course, I would have to pay both guys. Honestly, I feel scammed. Its up to people to hire who they want but trust me on this...I DO NOT RECOMMEND drain guru.

We'll get to you when we get to you but it might not be today since we're so stacked with service calls from the weekend." That day, we closed at 1:30 and prepared everything for the next day, staying past our normal 2:30 time to leave. Around 3, gates were closed and we left for the day. Their tech shows up at 3:30 and calls me. I thought at the very least, they would have let us know when they're 10-15 minutes away. I called the company and said no way I can make it from Fresno with the rush hour traffic. I asked the representative if I could make an appointment for the next day and she said it's not her call, but she'll let her boss know to give me call back and confirm. I said okay please make sure he or she calls me, thank you. Another unprofessional moment occurred the next day. No one calls. And somehow, I was able to get our ice machine working by messing around with some settings. About an hour after that, a tech randomly shows up. I told him I didn't think anyone from his company was showing up because I never got a called from the boss to schedule anything. He calls his supervisor and his supervisor wants to get paid for the time the techs came out and I said you guys didn't do anything. No estimated time of arrival, no phone calls or texts to keep me in the loop. Just a very unprofessional company, "we'll get to you when we get to you if and when it's possible." He pretty much said, "Fine, don't worry any the bill, we won't come out when you call next time." And I said, "Fine, bye." I would rather replace the whole ice machine than ever call this very unprofessional company again. Hoshizaki needs to do better and have another company represent you. I will be looking into a different brand after this experience.
