Awesome customer service!! I want to thank Jubien and Vince for helping my dad and me on our ranch. I called DGPS on a Thursday about an issue we had with our main waterline. Our ranch is in the middle of nowhere, and these gentlemen didn't even groan when I told them where the problem was located. Vince came out that Saturday with all the parts needed, fixed my dad's issue, and fixed another project I started but didn't finish yet. I live in Southern Cali, and I was able to set this up with Jubien, and he took care of everything. Drain Guru is not like the other companies I talked with. I was either going to pay an arm and a leg to get someone up there because of the drive, and that was not including the price of the repair. I will ONLY call this company in the future. The price was fair, speedy fix, great attitudes and above the normal service you get from most of the companies these days. Once again, Jubien, I thank you and Vince for your help. Drain Guru plumber, guy hired another plumber business (Parker and Parker) to come to my home to find the leak. The P&P came in unscrewed 2 screws from panel under dishwasher. He showed me the leak was from the dishwasher. I had to paid P&P $160. because the guru guy could not unscrew 2 screws. Thereafter I had to pay guru guy $205. for his joking around, talking silly, he asked me if I painted, I said yes then I realized he was snooping in the other room where I have my art supplies. He put one valve under sink water pipe, called in 2 guys to remove dishwasher, they left grease skid markers on our new floor planks, guru guy had a few more corny jokes and it seems that he stayed a long time doing nothing. FINALLY he left. I am physically challenged and I feel that guru guy took advantage of me by hiring P&P needlessly. Later when I purchased a dishwasher (it's still not installed) I text guru guy and asked...as a curtesy can you connect the 3 electrical wires to the dishwasher? He bulked with a long he tirade to charge me again for connecting 3 wires. I know how to connect 3 wires, I'm not lame yet my hesitation is that there is a connection with a water hose from the dishwasher to a water pipe under the sink. I can't afford guru guy & possibly he brings in another plumber to connect 3 wires...of course, I would have to pay both guys. Honestly, I feel scammed. Its up to people to hire who they want but trust me on this...I DO NOT RECOMMEND drain guru. read more

I needed a toilet wax seal and fill valve replaced and had a sink with low water pressure. I was quoted $540. And this was after they were 2 hours late. FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY USD. For that much money I was ready to teach myself how to be a plumber. The parts to fix the toilet were $18. The sink cartridges were just clogged with sediment from the well and just needed to be rinsed. This all took 2 hours with no plumbing experience and I'm sure would have taken a plumber less than an hour. Idk what it is about tradesmen in this town basically robbing people. As a nurse at the hospital down the street with a 4 year degree you make about $47/hr, meanwhile the plumber is charging $540 an hour. The math isn't mathing. I proceeded to get quotes from 3 other plumbers who charged by the hour. The total for them would have been around $350 they estimated. ($120-$150/hr) Sill insane, but drain guru was by FAR the most outrageous quote. read more

My kitchen sink sprung a leak in the waste line pipe on a Sunday night. I called Drain Guri and Jubien had his team come out first thing in the morning. Ray was able to fix the leak and then ran a camera down the line. The pipe was washed out under the foundation which meant it needed to be replaced. The Drain Guru crew took care of everything. They pulled up the flooring, cut the concrete, dug a trench to get to the pipe, replaced the washed out section; refilled the trench and replaced the concrete. They worked really hard to get my house back up and functioning properly. No more leak and no more washed out pipe!!! Thank you Drain Guru crew. Here's our experience: Within an hour of calling them, they were at our home examining the lateral plumbing issue that had manifested in the afternoon--they needed another piece of equipment to unclog the pipe, so they asked if they could return first thing in the morning, which we happily agreed to. Woke up on a Sunday morning to discover that my toilet tank was not refilling, but I know better than to call a plumber on a Sunday. I did call Drain Guru on Monday and had my toilet in working order that night! As it's the only one I have and manually filling the tank was quickly getting old, I was pleased as punch. Drain Guru Plumbing just finished a two-day project at my mother's house in Tulare that included upgrading and rerouting 60 feet of pipe from the water meter to the water service area, replacing sprinkler anti-siphon valves, and replacing water main branch piping.
