This was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic with as yet no available vaccines. Yet this was the only gas station that I remember in which all of the employees were "masked up." I'm speaking only for "Holiday Stationstore #470" at 1212 Mullowney Lane in Billings MT. I cannot speak for the rest of the stores in this chain. I was impressed that this gas station/convenience store seemed to go against the red state red tide anti-masking culture. And of course I always wore a mask when out in public in October 2020. Also, the price for regular gas was only $2.189 per gallon on October 2, 2020. No such luck with that low of a gas price in Washington! Yes, I know. It was cold out so I huddled back inside my vehicle to stay warm, cashier came out, wrote my license plate down, I didn't think nothing of it because after all I'm from out of town. But then she went inside and shut my fuel off prematurely which is upsetting because now I have to spend time fueling up again walking back and forth to pay twice just because a woman is having a paranoia flick, I decided I won't finish my fuel up here, rather go elsewhere where I don't be treated as thief, why offer the Orion in the first place if you're going to discriminate like that? "Note I am a black male & some people have health issues." After 5-10 minutes of being harassed, I raised my voice at the employee, who went and got the manager(Angie) who brought a male employee named(Kelley) who they continued to harass me. So I stated that its funny a few minutes after a black male walks in, to use the bathroom, you guys get all racial and start harassing me. This set the employee(Kelley) off who then started to threaten to cause me physical harm. My wife who was outside seen that Kelley had a firearm holstered on his right hip. I filed a complaint with corporate about the unprofessionalism,racism, & threats. Unfortunately this is one of the privately owned locations. However this doesn't stop me from going over their heads as everyone has to answer to somebody, as well as notify the public.

I will NEVER be a customer there again!!!! My family and I have been loyal customers of this place…read morefor the past ten years. After how my children and I were treated by the fat cashier last night I sat back and did a little quick math. The results? Well according to my calculations we have given them in excess of $20,000 in gas purchases alone! Not to mention the hundreds we've spent on snacks/drinks. I would think that our patronage over these years would entitle us to a little common courtesy. Last night around midnight after driving my eldest son home to his apartment I was heading home when my little six year old girl asked. "Mom won't you please stop at the gas station and get me a little candy"? She was so polite and sweet that I (tired) went ahead and stopped. I asked my fifteen year old son to go in as I have heart health issues that make things difficult. My daughter wanted to go with him in and since the store was practically empty I let her. I was parked just outside the door, I saw my kids go pick out about $9. In laffy taffy then go up to the checkout. Next thing I know that fat ass came around the counter at my kids!!!! My son pulled my little girl behind him and just stood there in shock, my girl was traumatized (scared) I came in wondering what was wrong. I asked that fat S O B if there was a problem. He turns to me and jumps down my throat about my son disrespecting him and my six year old breaking some code???? About no shoes???? I started to tell him that I normally have her wear her shoes, that I being midnight missed that she took them off. But he cut me off and started ranting and scaring my girl even more and saying how he don't have to and won't sell to my kids, so I clearly being the only adult there got my kids out of there and we went to a different gas station that had no problem selling their candy to my kids. Hum maybe lard butt just needed the candy for his hourly snack?
