I would give less stars if I could. I stopped for gas on a Sunday morning on 6/23/19, and I…read morereceived the worst customer service I can recall. I attempted to use my Exxon CC at the pump. It said to see attendant. I did. Very loudly, and In front of other customers, the female attendant with blond hair told me to leave my CC with her, pump my gas, and come back in to pay. I felt like a criminal as other customers stared at me. Regardless, I did as instructed. When I returned to sign a receipt and collect my card, I asked why I had to pay inside. Again, very loudly, attendant informed me that the pump did the same thing to other customers -- I would consider that to be a malfunction. So I said, "Let me give you a tip, next time, let the customer know the pump is not working properly." She immediately shot back, "The pump is working, HONEY!" I said it obviously wasn't and walked off to use the restroom. I then grabbed three bottles of water and headed back to register to pay -- just in time to hear the attendant bad mouthing me to a second attendant. As the second attendant was ringing my purchase, I said loudly enough for blondie to hear, "If she wanted to talk sh!t about me, she should have waited until I was gone." Second attendant told me that all I could do was G & B it!! What in the world EVER happened to proving good service and treating a customer with respect? First off, I firmly believe I was treated poorly! Not only did blondie embarrass me in front of other customers, but she also freaked me the heck out!! As an individual who has had her credit card numbers stolen, I seriously experienced a moment of panic when she demanded my card! If she had told me about the issue with the gas pump in the first place, she would have spared me A LOT of embarrassment AND angst! Next, even if she didn't like my comment, she could have spared us both the drama if she had simply apologized and agreed. For Pete's sake, customers pay her wages! Last, the second attendant missed an opportunity to leave me, the customer, with a good impression of the business by saying something like, "I'm sorry for your experience here today" -- or something similar. Instead, she basically told me to suck it up! I did respond by saying I could do something - like speak with the employee's boss; which I will do! I have supported this business for many years but will now drive out of my way NOT to give them my business in the future!!

I like this little joint. They have sweet puppies to pet and a couple of frogs. Never thought, I'd…read morethat in a store. They do ask if you need a bathroom you make a purchase first. Makes sense with the way costs have gone up on everything including paper products

Extremely disappointing experience. My white parents went inside and paid for their gas with their…read morecard with absolutely no problem. My boyfriend, who is Native American, went in immediately afterward to pay for gas the exact same way, and the employee was nothing but rude to him. What made this even worse was the restroom situation. My white mother was allowed to use the restroom without making a purchase, but my mixed-race son and my sister were not allowed to use the restroom even though we were paying customers. That difference in treatment was impossible not to notice. Watching members of my family be treated differently depending on who was standing at the counter was completely unacceptable. I can't speak to what was in the employee's mind, but I can absolutely speak to what we experienced, and it felt discriminatory. On top of the horrible customer service, the establishment itself was dirty and desperately needs attention. We are traveling through Montana and will gladly spend our money somewhere that treats every customer with basic dignity and respect. Please do not give this dump a penny. Get better customer service, clean the place up, and learn how to treat ALL of your customers equally.
