Erik…read moreand Jake responded promptly to my request to charge the A/C, replace the battery and solve the check engine light issue in my 2008 Mustang. The work was completed quickly after I approved the costs via a phone call from Erik. I picked up my car and drove to the grocery store whereupon the check engine light came back on when I left, so I immediately returned to Tire Rama. Right away Jake had the car back in the shop and the mechanic looked for the code to no avail. Erik had gone for the day, and I agreed to schedule a return appointment. I was prepared for having to spend more money, but within just a few hours Erik called to say they had replaced the aftermarket O2 sensor from Napa with the more expensive sensor from Ford and after test driving, was confident the problem was resolved and there would be no charge. I am very pleased to have my Mustang running smoothly again and grateful for the excellent service from the crew at Tire Rama. I'll be returning to Erik at Tire Rama on Grand for all my automotive needs.

(Had to let a cuss word fly after that). Their remedy - this is covered by your warranty - but the dealership does not cover damage caused by personnel at a car wash! Particularly when the automatic car wash was not at fault, it was 100% the pre-wash sprayer guy who lifted the decal. Their staff need better training, you cannot put a pressure washer 2 inches away from a car! Not brilliant service at all. :(((

On 4/7 I paid 33.66 for the nicest car wash with the tire shine. I made it through my vacuuming and drying and noticed no tire shine. I had an appointment across town I needed to get to, so thought "the management should honor this next time if I told them. " On 4/27 at 4:30 I came for another car Wash and told the "manager" what had happened. He explained they had problems with the tire shine and asked, "do you want tire shine" and I said yes if you don't charge me this time. I looked at the receipt and he had charged me the $2 for the tire shine. I told him I thought you were going to comp the tire shine- and he said " no- I should have dealt with it when I had the problem. " I asked to speak to the manager/ he said he was the manager. he wouldn't budge on the $2. I told him that he could refund my wash as I would not come back, nor would my husband, mother and anyone else if your customer service is that poor. Really?? losing customers over $2. glad there are now lots of other choices in Billings for car washes.

I had to fight tooth and nail to get my windshield repaired with them through insurance and played a stupid game of phone tag that included a 3way with my insurance for about a month but in the end its done and looks good and I appreciate the extra touch with a mini water. *sarcasm* Its the very least after waiting. Im a little bitter because I feel put out and find it weird that twice my windshield came in defective and had to wait this long. Maybe it really was defective but after my claim got lost and had to jump through hoops its hard to belive that nonsense. The note in my car doesnt match the actual vibe in the shop but its good for appearance. Probably thr nicest waiting room for a glass shop. Support local I suppose ‍.
