I was traveling from out of state in a Class B van and stopped here for an oil change. I was greeted while waiting second in line and was in the service bay in a very reasonable wait time. Four people worked on my van... two washing the outside of the windows. I opted out of the vacuuming, and inside window washing as my dog was inside. Oil change and fluid topping was done quickly, a tech went over my service and they didn't try to upsale me anything. They even had a few treats for my dog. I would definitely use Master Lube again if I found their business elsewhere in the country. read more

Don't go to Masterlube. They want to mix yellow antifreeze with your dex cool and tell you that it's not their problem when it gels up in your older vehicle cutting off circulation in your radiator. Even if you bring your own in and ask politely, they will accidentally put yellow antifreeze in every vehicle as they did to me and refuse to make it right unless you report it. When this happened to me they told me that they do it to every vehicle and it is just fine, so they wouldn't have to fix it. I told them I would call the owner and he had me pull my truck up, turns out they treat past employees the same as their current ones; Like they own them. When I got back with my truck he cornered me with the biggest guy in the store threatening me for "coming in and complaining like that when I've worked for them before". I didn't appreciate it when My boss left in the middle of HER shift and blew up a Subaru because she didn't put oil in it, nor did I appreciate it when they told me I couldn't request time off a few days in advance for a family emergency while letting another employee take a whole month off SHORTLY AFTER for the exact same reason. I took the job only to help put a friend who said they needed help and my construction skills were exploited for 16 dollars an hour to replace drywall, texture, and paint their bathroom IN BETWEEN CUSTOMERS while cashiering for them. When I quit they tried to act like they had "launched" me and offered a plan to get me another job, that I had already gotten by the time they called. If you like your truck, don't go to masterlube, even if you bring your own stuff and ask nicely for them to use it. read more

I have been going there for 10 years now. Today I went and they couldn't get the oil filter off , the same one they put on. I asked the girls to fill my fluids and the blond said she did. I opened the windshield washer and it was empty so I made her fill it. she lied. I was told that I had to go to the down town location which is a long way. I chose instead to come to the Master Lube on King Ave. The have been waiting for 45 minutes now to even get in. They are very slow. I hope they are not as incompetent as the one on Grand Ave here in Billings Montana read more

After being told by Walmart (bless their heart) that an oil change would take 2 hours, MasterLube had us in and out in 10 minutes. They ran out of the oil needed for my RAV4. Put some other kind that wouldn't hurt my vehicle and said to come back whenever I could in the next 1-2 weeks and they would replace it. I will start off by saying I only go to this location and the Laurel location. I've had negative reactions at some of the others. They are nothing but fast and polite. And when you leave it feels like family waving good-bye. They offer more than one brand of oil which is good since my husband likes Quaker State. How they can change oil and do all the looking for issues in such a short amount of time is amazing. Sure I can get my oil changed for less money at Dodge (my car is a dodge) but my time is worth more than sitting for hours waiting. read more

Good service but ridiculous prices. $100 for a Honda CR-V oil change and air filter? Never again.

I have never been so disrespected here. I have gone to master lube for all of my cars for 10 years. My bill was higher than usual by about $10 and when I asked the cashier to explain my bill to me so i could understand why it was higher she got so much attitude with me and made me feel like I had inconvenienced her to just ask for my explanation. She rolled her eyes at me and then said because we put in a new filter. I said no one asked me about that. She replied with well do you want to drive around with new oil and a bad filter. Left feeling like I never want to go back to this place ever again. Absolutely horrible. read more

Waited in line for 45 minutes and sat in waiting area for another 15. Service tech informed me they did not have an oil filter for my 2015 ram. They also said they would normally run grab one for me but they where busy and I could go get one myself and come back. read more

Outstanding customer service, I have never been to a more organized oil change company. The men and women are very friendly and do a great job getting customers in and out quickly while performing wonderful service on your car. Rude, rude, rude! Took my classic 53 ford in there for oil change. Attendent ran my vehicle into another Vehicle claiming I had no brakes. Well my brakes worked on the way there and on my way home. Idiots! He refused to service my vehicle. No prob! Have talked to all my friends about this....your loosing business every time I open my mouth.
