I spoke to the owner over the phone on Thursday and I let her know that we are crunched for time since we closed escrow on Friday and needed someone to clean our carpets and tile flooring on Saturday since our movers will be moving all our furniture in the house on Sunday. I specifically told her CARPET and tile and even told her how many bedrooms that have carpet and where there is tile. She quoted me on how much they charge per sq ft and told me that her fiancé can do the job on Saturday and when he arrives at 2pm he will give me an exact quote before he starts the job. When he arrived he told my husband that he wasn't aware that he had to do carpet cleaning he thought just tile and literally told my husband that we have too big of a house for him to do the job today. He called his fiancé to confirm what I wanted done and she in fact did tell him that I requested for carpet cleaning as well. It would have been nice to know that Thursday that I called her that they couldn't do the job so I would still have time to call around. I was in tears calling around last minute to find someone that was willing to do carpet and tile services that same day! It's stressful enough trying to move with 2 babies. Luckily I found all pro carpet care that felt so bad for me and headed out to our new home to start the job. The couple that own this business needs to better communicate with one another because it isn't fair to clients like me that hire them to do the job for them to last minute tell me they can't and leave me stranded with just a few hours before the sun goes down to look for someone else to do their job that they confirmed they were going to do. Very unprofessional and poor service. Would never recommend them to anyone. It put more stress on our move then we needed!

I hired Chris them to clean and seal the tile flooring and shower in my home, as well as adding fabric protection to our new sectional. We have roughly 600 sq ft of tile flooring and a tile shower that we wanted cleaned and the grout sealed. All seemed well except for the tiled shower. He seemed hesitant about it saying that most people don't seal their showers. I thought it was weird that he was seemingly acting uninterested in the work but told him that sealing the grout in the shower was important to my wife. We make our way into the living room to look at the sectional that we wanted scotch-guarded, and again he acts very hesitant about doing the work. Almost like he was trying to talk me out of getting it done. So I'm like, look if you don't feel good about doing it then we can skip that part of the service (that he had quoted $50 for). So if he was trying to get out of that job, he was successful. So he finally gets to work and one thing that I appreciated was that he put guards/covers at each of the corners of the walls in the hallway, so that he didn't scratch the walls as he brought his equipment in and pulled the hoses through the house. After a while I come out to check on the progress and the floors are still drying but look okay but in the shower there are obvious spots of grime and dirt still in multiple places on the grout lines and all of his equipment was gone. So I go out and ask him if he finished the shower. He says that he did. I point out the dirt and he basically says that it was the best he could do. I go back and look at it again and think to myself "hell no!" You don't pay for professional cleaning for obvious and visible dirt to be left like that. Then I go back and ask him if he had already sealed the shower and he said yes. So we go back and look at the shower together and I'm like, "I don't want that dirt and grime sealed into the grout". He says that he can go over it again with his sprayer but stops well short of assuring me that he would get it clean. He then proceeds to bring all of his equipment back in but this time he doesn't take the time to put guards/covers on the corners so as he's pulling the hoses down the hall he's banging and rubbing them against the corners of the wall. Now there are scratches on some of the corners of my wall that I just noticed today after he left. I'm not going to outright blame him for the scratches but since he didn't take the time to protect my walls the 2nd time around, I can't help but wonder. So after he's done with the shower again I inspect it. It was slightly better, but still ridiculously dirty for having just been 'professionally' cleaned. I think he went over it with his washer and sprayer and just expected it to just be clean and it wasn't and he wasn't willing to do anything further. My mind was absolutely blown that he was willing to leave it like that. At that point I just told him that what he was doing wasn't working and that I would get down there and clean it myself after he left. Unacceptable! I paid him $400 for this service that took roughly 4 hours. 2 other major problems. After her brought his stuff back in the 2nd time, he didn't wear shoe covers or anything and proceeded to track dirt back all over the floors that he just cleaned! Now there are footprints and dirt all through the hallway and all over the front entrance! I asked him if he was going to clean up all of the dirty spots and footprints that he had tracked back into the house. He then says that he can wipe it down with a towel. He comes in with this push broom looking thing and a towel and uses that to try and wipe down the floors. It wasn't working. At that point, I was fed up and just told him that it wasn't working and that he could just wrap it up and leave. Once he finishes packing his stuff up and I give him my credit card he tries to pretend as if he was giving me a break by not charging me a processing fee that he never told me about. He could tell that I was frustrated with the service and I guess he thought that he would try to say something to appease me but he ended up just looking dishonest, childish and unprofessional. Once he left and floors finished drying, I noticed spots, lines and puddles of dried up sealant on tile throughout the house. Furthermore, once the floors dried in the kitchen, I noticed that the grout was still dirty throughout the kitchen! In the master bathroom there is a gob of hair in one corner. There is dirt, streaks and dried spots of dried up sealant throughout the house. A constant reminder of the sub par work. There is so much more to complain about but the character limits has made me cut this down. See the pics as evidence.

It wasn't a complete brand new staircase. I paid 4000 deposit for the wood and I got very cheap quality wood that's cracking. I waited 2 months to make sure that he got good wood and he still brought the bad wood. I paid a total of 7800 for those stairs and they are ready splitting and splintering. So disappointed and he told me that's the wood I get. Not the treated wood I was supposed to receive. Even the bolts they put in were not put in properly and they're tweaked they're not flesh with the wood. Total rip off, you do not get what you pay for. The stairs are just a little over a year but they look like they're about 10 years old. He Braggs about quality work and it's not true. You get what you get from him, He talks a nice game.
