Day 1 delighted! Day 2 see all the bubbles and glops of paint. Several days later cracking. Company sent a rep out again to fix issue. Only made the bad situation worse. 1 year later, the bubbles, along the bottom of the tub finally popped. Contacted the company. This is the response I received: Hello. We clearly state in our documentation sent via confirmation we don't offer refunds, and your warranty was eligible for 1 year in which we did respond and go back to fix when it was requested Now me: why would I have you back a 3rd time. We had Don't Replace, Reglaze refinish our tub and enclosure. It looked great when the workers left. That look, however, did not last. We now have a peeling tub floor and have been trying to reach the company for warranty service. It has been almost a month since the first attempt to contact and we have been completely ignored. We have tried to contact Don't Replace, Reglaze by multiple methods. We have tried multiple emails, multiple phone calls, multiple attempts to use the chat feature on the website, multiple posts on their Facebook page, and have even tried to get a response by using the "Request a Quote" feature of the website. They simply are not standing behind their warranty. I recommend you hire the next door teenager instead of hiring this company. read more

Update: One of my bathroom sinks chipped then bubbled. Its been 4 mnths since work was done. I contacted the business by email and phone July 6th. I asked if repair would be covered under the warranty or not. I got responses via email but no answer, its been over 2 week since I last got a response but at this point I know I am being ignored. I will be looking elsewhere to have the repair done. I can no longer recommend this company. The reviews are spot on for this company. Horrible. read more

Stay away from this company! Professional at first to get your business then down hill from there. They send out workers who speak zero English. Craftsmanship is horrible! They were only suppose to reglaze my bathtub. THEY REGLAZED MY WHOLE TUB AND SHOWER ENCLOSURE. My expensive colored ceramic tile is now all white. The walls and tube are all blotchy with what ever material they used. I don't deal will courts. I'm retired and have all the time in the world to hit up ever social media page this company has. Already contacted City of Bakersfield to let them know they are operating a business with out any permits. They are also contracting without a California Contractor's License. read more

I will say the folks on the phone/answering messages are very responsive + professional and the process prior (sending an estimate via email, text confirmation, etc) made this appear like a grown up company. However, I had a 9am appointment. At 9:37 I message to ask if they're coming, they say yes- they're on their way. At 10:37.I ping again, they say they'll call the person. At 11:19 they say the car broke down. Which is a valid excuse, had they let me know when the car broke down. Then, we re-schedule to today at 8am. At 9:36am I get a ping saying they were there. We have a Ring doorbell and I never got a call/text. They never showed up. read more

Our bath tub was old and all the finish had come off. No matter how much I cleaned it still looked dirty and was easily stained. I reached out to Don't Replace Reglaze and within minutes I had a response. They were able to answer all my questions, give me a quote using photos and scheduled me within a week. Today they came on time and were able to finish the job quickly and did such an amazing job! The guy was nice, his work was clean and we couldn't be happier with the finish. They even gave me a cleaning guide and the best way's to take care of the finished tub. I highly recommend them. They were eager for my business and discounted quote by $5, I should have been wise to them by just that alone, who calls $5 a discount? The tub came out great, but after 4 days spots started showing up, bubbles in the glazing and rust spots. They came back and "fixed" it, but the technician who doesn't speak any English, said through a translator, it was my fault. The fix looked good, but again after a 4 or 5 days rust spots, this time in a different place. I tried to get it repaired again but with a different tech, they dont have one. So I was offered a refund by Stephanie, whom I had been speaking with, she said she would let me know. On Tuesday I asked the progress someone answered me saying "we don't give refund, it was a mistake to tell me that....This person said they were the owner. They asked to see pictures and I sent new pictures along with original picture I sent to get my first quote, the spots are in different places. After that they cut off all communication with me and are no longer answering . Not sure what my next step is will be, but it needs to be fixed. Definitely shop around, this company has very poor communication. I was referred by a friend who had work done by them I received a quote that I thought was a little high being that they did more work for my friend than I was requesting a quote for. They began to work with me and said they would get back to me because they wanted to make this job happen. I waited and no one ever got back to me. I reached out to them and asked them what happened, the response was that our conversation got lost. The quote originally provided was no longer valid due to the rise in material costs, labor, and anything you can think of. I told them this sounds like poor business practice and should honor my quote. A general manager Josh messages me and says he wants to make this right. He provided me a quote of $20 cheaper than the original quote for my two bathrooms because the tech that came out and looked at my bathrooms included vanities which was incorrect. I thought wow these people take care of their customers. WRONG!!! Josh and I were supposed to setup a call to discuss the start day. Never spoke to Josh again and someone named Maria calls me. We setup a start day, I ask for the quote and she says she will get that to me via email later that day and text me to confirm the start day. Receive no confirmation of the start day and quote arrives two days prior to start. The quote is not for the work I requested. I called the company Maria answers and I explain to her that the work listed is not what I need done. She starts with excuses and I ask her to have Josh call me. Day before work is scheduled to start I get a call from Maria because Josh is not available to see if I was going to proceed to have the work done. I told her no because this is not what I requested to have done. She didn't offer an updated quote. I asked again for her to have Josh call me. I'm still waiting for Josh to call me. read more

DO not use these people! They are a scam! They left their RAZOR BLADES out in our bathroom BOTH times they had to come out to my house. Also, they messed up our valve stems (ones to turn on and off our water so you'll probably have to pay for a plumber) BOTH times! Yes, BOTH times. We saw them on a neighborhood app and were excited to have their work done. We had high hopes and we even waited longer than the time they told us to use our bath and shower. We waited about a week. After a week passed, we showered and noticed that our hot water valve stem would not stop spinning around. We called our neighbor over to fix it and we messaged the company about getting them to cover it since it was their faults because they bent the handle when taping it over. They were not willing to do so. We later noticed there was large spots of chipping. We had to schedule another appointment and they said they would come out and do our tub again as well as our walls. They only charged us for the price of our walls to make up for the inconvenience. They did this work a week ago (also came late but had a reason for being late). We went in today to test our water valves today since I specifically asked them to be more careful because we didn't want a repeat of last time. Only today, we went to try out the same hot water valve and it was somehow worse? To the point we had to turn off our WATER SUPPLY LINE because the water would not stop! So, thank you Don't Replace Reglaze! Anyone reading this, saving your dollars and find someone else. It is not worth it. read more

All the reviews are correct. This company is horrible! I would not hire them to cut my grass! I wish my wife would have read these reviews. Send out non English speaking workers. First time around they did not fill any of the chips on the vanity counter and the finish was light and blotchy with orange peal and specs of debris in it. The installer said it was from the dust coming through a 8"x18" window they opened for ventilation. After my wife called the company they sent the same guys back to do it again. When he came back he admitted that they dropped the plastic onto the wet finish which caused the problem. Second time around the finish wasn't much better. All the sanding bled through the paint and there was still debris in the paint. I think their applicator machine is dirty and they don't know how to clean it. I don't see them staying in business much longer. read more
