Amazing service! We have utilized them for over 5 years, I would highly recommend them!

I used their services in the past. We had hiccup on our very last service day but they fixed it no harm, no foul and was happy with them. We canceled the service the last time due to relocating and having a much smaller "yard". In our new home my main concern is the smell. I had tried so many different products and strategies but nothing was working so I decided to try them out again. When I called to set up the service I explained that I was a past client and my yard is small so there will not be much poop to pick up because we pick up daily and I'm REALLY wanting the sanitation services more than anything. I was told no problem he'll put notes to really soak everything down and to give it at least a month to see a difference. In the past we would be gone on our services days but due to COVID I am here all day everyday. Also in the past the two owners provided the service but they have since grown and have employees. First service day the employee looked a little sketchy, not at all what I was expecting but he was nice enough and I don't want to be that kind of person. He however did not "soak" sanitize anything so I had to call and have him sent back to do the extra sanitation that I was paying $100 extra once a week for. When I called although apologetic the conversation did not sit well with me. The owner made made some comments how it was a new account and it's my first service and something about the note being small about the sanitation and I'm just like huh? So if I were a current and not returning client the treatment/service would be different? Not sure what his point was. I just need the service I am paying for but I brushed it off. Second week same issue! Had to call and have him come back. Again excuses and lite weight questioned if I was correct. When I stated I was here the entire time. He was in and out in 5 minutes. Didn't hose anything done and certainly did not sanitize. Guy comes back again in and out 5 minutes. Went outside after he left and could smell string urine smell still. Now I'm really annoyed. I don't want to have to watch someone to ensure they perform a service I'm paying for. I decided to give it one more week. Third visit and the same thing again! Unbelievable. This time I didn't bother to call. I just cancelled the service. I'm sure this is a one off for them because like I said we had no complaints in our old home but I was not satisfied in the least. read more

I've been using this service for months! This is the best idea around, especially in the winter when I don't even want to go out into the lawn. They always come on the same day and it never matters the weather or where I have my dogs. One of my dogs tends to Try to be and escape artist and I have had no problem with polite entry through the gate while the dogs are out. I have been using this service for a while now and it's been pretty good until the weeks between Christmas and New Year's! No service for two weeks, so when I called, they really did not care. I was planning on a New Year's Eve party and I informed them of this, their response was we do a double clean up on the following Tuesday. So, I spoke with my gardener and he will take care of it for us. I called and cancelled my service and she couldn't care less. What can I say about this service other than wonderful!! I have them come out occasionally (and yes, they offer schedules that meet YOUR needs) and I have never been let down - Not one bit. I have two large dogs that leave a lot of "stuff" in the yard. That doesn't stop this service. It's a wonderful feeling to know you can go out back and know that your yard is completely clean. Not only is all the dog waste gone but it is clean and even smells good. They have also gone the extra mile every time and cleaned up some of the green waste and put it in the applicable container for me. For a job that none of us love doing, they really do care about the service they provide. They are timely, considerate, and price affordable. And they love my dogs !! That is a huge plus for me. Our family is horrible at picking up dog poop. I'm the only one that does it, and I don't do it often enough. We have two dogs and because we so infrequently pick up after them in our backyard, I decided to call the doo doo squad. They have been a life changer! I've been using them for awhile now and continued services to our new place. My husband and I noticed that some areas were missed and weren't sure if the technician came on their scheduled day and called to inquire. Todd was great. This was the best customer service experience I've had. He not only gave me a refund for that week, but came out the next day to clean the missed spots. I have been using them for several years but had to cancel today due to an interaction with the person in my yard. We have a dog door, and my dogs ran outside into the yard, clearly very upset, the second he walked thru. When I came out to get them, mind you they had been back there for all of maybe 20 seconds, I see this guy shoving the rake thing into both of their faces. He tried to justify these actions by blaming my dog. I was blown away and canceled their service immediately. You are a professional who works with animals! To compare, we also use Wag, so a random collection of people come into our home on a regular basis to walk our dogs, and never have had an issue being bit or anything else. The fact that my dogs are so scared of you tells me a lot. BE CAREFUL! I was told when I called to cancel that these employees are trained to use their tools to "protect themselves" - you don't know how they are really interacting with your animals!! Maybe try to train your employees on how to greet animals in a respectful way so they aren't scared out of their minds, instead of how to brandish your tools at them and create weapons. If someone came into your home and off the bat is pushing objects at you, you would come back at them too!! read more

Love the Doo Doo Squad! They arrive once a week and do front and backyard, we pay a little extra for them to do both yards, but worth it an in all honesty the cost is very reasonable. As I was leaving the house A couple weeks ago I saw the car parked in front ( I didn't even realize they were there) and it was raining lightly outside. They're so quiet I just notice how clean my lawn is! And another thing I love is I never notice poop in my garbage can, fully disclosed I do not know what they do with it, unless they bag it super efficiently and put it in there I just never notice! As my wife stated above, I have cameras and there were 3 weekly visits missed. I checked every tuesday when i noticed poop piling up. This can also be verified by the tons of poop left everywhere. I can assure there was no one in my yard as i have four cameras that capture entrance and back yard... but... let's assume for some reason my cameras malfunctioned for 3 weeks in a row, only when these wonderful guys showed up... that means they aren't very good at cleaning up the poop and almost deserve the 0 even more at that point. The knocking on our door and bothering my wife with how much they didn't like their job was uncalled for from the get go. The lack of change in smell added on (why pay for deorodizer). I was so excited to find Doo Doo Squad. My mother had decided to sell her house. The current renters in the house had 4 big dogs! That is a lot of poop! The most useful service to come along in a long time. I have a large and small dog that create a fair amount of "doo doo". Sure, I can do it. I can also pay my daughter an allowance to do it as well. I chose Doo Doo Squad because it is a very affordable service that allows me to focus on other things that need my attention. I would give zero stars if I could honestly. I knew from the get go that this was going to be a horrible service because of the attitude of the gentleman picking up our dogs poop. He knocked on my slider and let me know that he "almost threw up" cleaning up our dogs poop. It caught me completely off guard because I wasn't expecting him to even say that. What ran through my head was, "wow well... you picked this job so why are you complaining about it?" And also, "we only have two German Shepherds and I'm pretty sure there are bigger dogs out there that leave bigger piles of poop that are WAY worse in smell." I told my husband what he said, and he said let's just let it go and continue with service. He only sprayed deodorizer one time, on the first visit in our backyard. Then decided to not show up for about 3 weeks. (We have cameras in our backyard and can see anyone who comes and goes, due to motion detection) so finally fed up because there are piles just sitting in the backyard, I called today to cancel service due to the guy not showing up at all. She then told me that it's "impossible" because her gps shows him in our backyard and log times show him being here. False. Checked the cameras, dude was never there. When I told the lady that, she backed up her gps statement and asked if I wanted to continue service. I said no and you can cancel service as of today. She then said, "alright well you have a nice day" with a snarky attitude and didn't even try to apologize or anything. read more
