I appreciated that sentiment since I had two other dogs and still wanted the service. The next month I paid the same amount that I was paying before, just one less dog since he had passed and that's what I had understood from the conversation with Vic prior. Unfortunately I understood wrong. Vic blew my my phone up today about his new prices to the point where it was obnoxious. I honestly was offended by him not sticking to his verbal word and chose not to continue the service, effective immediately. I told him to keep the money for the upcoming weeks because clearly he needed it and went on with my day at work. Vic went absolutely unhinged and harassed me for several hours by calling me, sending dozens of text messages, and also sending videos of himself even after I asked him to stop contacting me. Vic continued berating me over the course of an hour and went as low as insinuating that I was racist towards Mexicans, that I enjoyed having slaves, and he also belittled my personal finances/ housing situation.... Absolute nut job. This man cannot take no for an answer and his behavior to rejection is incredibly threatening and concerning. Employ this weirdo at your own risk.
