I was so excited to find Doo Doo Squad. My mother had decided to sell her house. The current renters in the house had 4 big dogs! That is a lot of poop! There was at least a few months worth of poop in the backyard. The Scooper who came out was fantastic!!! He totally took his time and made sure that it was all cleaned up. We were highly impressed. The most useful service to come along in a long time. I have a large and small dog that create a fair amount of "doo doo". Sure, I can do it. I can also pay my daughter an allowance to do it as well. I chose Doo Doo Squad because it is a very affordable service that allows me to focus on other things that need my attention. For the cost of a meal, or a couple of lattes, I'd forego those to come home to a clean backyard that has been deodorized. Doo Doo Squad is highly efficient. Signing up was easy and they do exactly as promised. They showed up and started on time. I didn't meet anyone for a month and a half but my backyard was clean. From beginning to finish, this company had been TERRIFIC! Setting up was easy and organized and completely digital, I didn't have to talk to anyone to get the service established. I would give zero stars if I could honestly. I knew from the get go that this was going to be a horrible service because of the attitude of the gentleman picking up our dogs poop. He knocked on my slider and let me know that he "almost threw up" cleaning up our dogs poop. It caught me completely off guard because I wasn't expecting him to even say that. What ran through my head was, "wow well... you picked this job so why are you complaining about it?" And also, "we only have two German Shepherds and I'm pretty sure there are bigger dogs out there that leave bigger piles of poop that are WAY worse in smell." I told my husband what he said, and he said let's just let it go and continue with service. He only sprayed deodorizer one time, on the first visit in our backyard. Then decided to not show up for about 3 weeks. (We have cameras in our backyard and can see anyone who comes and goes, due to motion detection) so finally fed up because there are piles just sitting in the backyard, I called today to cancel service due to the guy not showing up at all. She then told me that it's "impossible" because her gps shows him in our backyard and log times show him being here. False. Checked the cameras, dude was never there. When I told the lady that, she backed up her gps statement and asked if I wanted to continue service. I said no and you can cancel service as of today. She then said, "alright well you have a nice day" with a snarky attitude and didn't even try to apologize or anything. read more

We came upon a Groupon for Doo Doo squad once my boyfriend hurt his foot in basketball, so we decided to buy the Groupon and give it a try. I called in to make sure they would come out to the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area and they do! I met the guy in person the first time to sign the paper but every time after that he would just leave a note around our door knob about what he did the day he came in. He did a great job and I highly recommend him to other dog owners. He was always on time, left the backyard spotless and never forgot to close / lock the fence. I too saw the company on Facebook. I'm not a fan of picking up after my puppy, so I knew having this service would be great. I wasn't disappointed. My yard is now clean of poop, and smells great. I also love that my puppy can be in the yard while he's cleaning. He's really good with animals. I have 2 other family members that want the service because of how our yard looks. At first I thought it was a good idea to have someone come clean our dogs poo off our yard . We were all sick in our family with the rona so logically we chose their folks . First clean up was good, they came early and my gardener was able to mow the lawn . On the second service no one showed upped and it was getting closer as to when my gardener would show up around 2 pm . I contacted the person who cleaned my yard the first time and was told that domine was going to be here at some time today. Well I explained that I don't have all the day to wait for them to show up whenever. We need someone with a set schedule , they couldn't provide us that . Seems like they have taken on too many customers and their schedule or routes aware not planned well . It is for this reason that we are out and they got fired . Not to mention the poor explanations and immediate dismissal to give us our money back like saying we don't need your business. Wasn't even willing to work anything out. I've had service with Doo Doo Squad for I think 4 months now. I wish I heard about them sooner. I don't notice them coming to service but I do notice that all the dog mess is gone. They do a way better job than what I expected. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and how responsive they are when I've had some questions. This is such an awesome service! I broke my ankle badly and have two very large dogs and a large hard. With family and friends taking care of my kids, I realized very quickly the poo poo was piling up. I wasn't going to ask friends and family to do it since they were already doing so much for me and I came upon this service! It has been a huge relief. My yard smells better and don't have to worry about my kids stepping in poo that I still can't get to. Even when I'm mobile again, I won't be canceling this service. It makes owning dogs even more pleasant! I don't subscribe to any other home services (I am admittedly super cheap) but this is worth paying for.
