I would have preferred to check it out before the investment. From the looks of it it looks like a massive indoor playplace. I would love to come back. They have memberships and I think if you have 5 and under kids this would be worth the price, but with my school age kids we would not take advantage enough. Over all the encounters were fantastic, but it is a little slow. It's a sprawling sanctuary for animals. There are dozens of different animals to pet, and look at. Not every cage was open anymore compared to previous visits, so that was sad. It's a hodge podge of sheds, trailers and kennels/fencing for the variety. Again it's not really for me, but I can see the appeal for little kids and the animal lovers.

At Dave and Buster's, they have a much better system, and your dollar goes a long way compared to this place. Also, some of the claw machines weren't working properly. People would win a toy, but the door wouldn't open to retrieve it. The staff was walking around, and I let them know. They said they were going to get someone, and we waited for maybe 10 minutes, but nobody showed up. I then decided to go find someone working at the shop, and she helped right away.
