I love the business administration building ( Mike & Josie Harper Center ) with many new features and designs . I also love the V.J. & Angela Skutt student center . The interior architecture is beautiful. Many corners to study or have a meeting . One level is the hot food restaurants ( Asian and Mexican) and Starbucks . People are very friendly , good manner and respectful. The students have room for self discovery and growth. Like the mottos they craved on the sculpture " Ite Inflammate Omnia" ; " Set The World on Fire " . Go ! Blue Jays !

Brittanee and Melanie are great advisors, professor Lang is amazing when it comes to the Microsoft Office course. Credits from my community college in Illinois were easily transferred. I even emailed my upcoming math professor about a calculator and got an answer right away. I have never done an online course before and I am so incredibly happy to be a student at Bellevue and today just found out that they are going to have a masters degree program in the field. I am looking at which is supply chain management. I was going to go through the tuition assistance program Again to get a masters at the University of Denver, but I am going to be a Bruin for life. I don't necessarily like the way they do the seating but they did not argue with me (shortly before the show they asked me to move towards the middle as they had a full theater and I explained that I would not - I had arrived early to make sure I got an end seat and I didn't think it was right that someone comes in a the last minute and gets and end seat.) The set up is great, the bathrooms are plentiful (what public bathroom at a theater couldn't really use a few more toilets). The people in the performance were first rate. I definitely will be adding myself to a list so I am notified when there are new performances. The one thing I am frustrated with is that there should be a discount for alum.

I recently attended a training series at the MCC culinary institute building as well. The parking was very straightforward and easy to get to, in multiple areas. There are stairs and ramps so easy to get around no matter your needs. Inside the culinary institute, the building was nice and kept up very well. They have flyers for events, and I know they have a restaurant there too. We had our food provided by the students and staff at the culinary institute and wow, it was great! We had blueberry muffins and fruit for snack and a taco bar with homemade tortillas, salsa verde, and pickled onions to name a few of the things I really enjoyed. There was also a cinnamon cheesecake for dessert. The staff was very quick to put the food out and collect dishes, it was a great experience.

There were 5 trucks along with several other vendors inside the main building. The facility and bathrooms were well-maintained. The campus was also impressive for what they offer. This is usually a yearly event and the place was sold out of tickets which did not surprise me. Overall, a nice event at a wonderful facility that offers great opportunities for the community of North Omaha.

Council Bluffs Iowa where the college is located is terrible. Nothing to do at all! The advisors are really not helpful. They are young and straight out of community college. They don't have four year degrees and a lot of them are from Iowa Western. They don't answer your questions and refer you to either the website or other colleges. This is a heavy athletic school. It is a feeder school, which means they pride themselves off of their athletic programs and take in talented athletes who can't play at a 4 year school. That is how they make their money. The education is alright. Some of the professors are actually pretty great, but they rely on technology to much. If something on the internet won't work then they shorten the class time. I transferred to NIU after 1 semester because it was that bad. Its really not worth your time or money!!
