The owner himself came and took care of this and the work was done quickly. It wasn't perfect (some small edges were broken with the vandalism and/or busting out the existing glass. Price seemed competitive also. Owner exceptionally polite and responsive.

The sash of the picture window had marks from a break-in and screens were damaged. He and a helper show up just replace the glass in the center. They smeared some white putty over the marks on the sash. Said he would replace the screens, then after getting payment of $632.14 he said "get me the old screens and I'll replace them". I told him the old screens were sent out in the trash all broken up but the other windows on the building are the same size. He said "get me the old screens and I'll replace them" as he's scurrying to his truck! I called him on the phone about the sash being all chiped up and the screens. He said "Don't call me again" then hung up on me. WOW! Don't recommend anyone ever doing business with this man...

We purchased our new windows from Lewis in early May of 2025, then Steve came out to take exact…read moremeasurements about 2 weeks later. From that point on communication from Window World was a bit lacking. I called them at least 2 times looking for a status, and each time the phone call concluded with a young lady saying "let me do some research and get back to you." Both of those calls were never returned. During the second week of July I contacted Lewis and let him know that we were hearing crickets from Window World. He advised that he would have the installation manager contact me the next day to give me a status report. The next day I received a call from the scheduling manager and she advised that our windows should be in on that day's truck. Long story short, we scheduled the installation for July 14th and 15th. On the morning of July 14th, the crew showed up 15 minutes early. That impressed me. They really seemed to be on the ball. Unfortunately, that momentum quickly faded as the day unfolded. Sometime around 10am the crew removed the three front windows in my living room. They replaced one and left the other two holes wide open for the rest of the day while they proceeded to change every other window in the house. They finally got back to the two gaping holes at about 4:30pm. (..By 3pm I had 10 million flies breeding in my living room and the temperature was a comfy 90 degrees..) I couldn't understand why they removed the three biggest windows in the house and then left the holes for two of them open while they changed every other window. I learned why later in the day. A very annoying part of the entire experience today was that the crew could not have cared less about closing gates. My backyard is set up with multiple gates to make sure that my dogs can't get near the street. Every time they went through any of the gates, they would leave them open. I even asked the foreman to ask his crew to make sure to close gates - because they didn't speak English - but this didn't help. Every time they went through a gate, they left it open. This happened repeatedly. Do none of them have family pets? The real kicker in all of this is that at 5:30pm I was told that the crew didn't have the correct window to fill the last gaping hole in my living room. I tried to call Lewis and went to voicemail. I tried to call Steve and went to voicemail. I called the Window World main office, and they promptly transferred me to...you guessed it...someone's voicemail. Not sure what to do now. Someone is supposed to call me back. On July 15th, after a few more calls, I finally received a return call from Window World and was told that they would need to re-order the missing window. It would take about a month "if we're lucky." I now have a 60" x 43" piece of 1/8" plywood in place of my front window. It hisses when the wind blows and I'm willing to bet it will leak if it rains. I've lived in New Mexico for 47 years and for the first time ever I'm praying that it doesn't rain. To anyone considering new windows in their home, please know that my wife and I are VERY much regretting our decision to go with Window World.

Very poor workmanship and after several calls, Pella did not repairs the mistakes. I will have to hire a carpenter to fix that problem. In addition, I will have to replace several window shades because the new Pella window with incorrect measurements has no room to reattach the original window shade. So need to get new shades for the window shades so they match in one room . They don't call back. I have several more windows to replace and I will find an alternative company. They are losing a lot of potential money as a result.

All had faulty caulking & were dirty between the glass with smudges, fingerprints & a hazy film which is visible at certain angles & times of day. Finally got someone to come out. He looked at 1 window only & basically said I would have to pay $150. an hour for them to clean Between the glass - Which should have been pristine in the first place! Have same windows for over 32 years in another house and have NEVER had to break it open to clean where the shades are! That's the whole point right?! To date they refuse to make it right & "higher ups" don't return calls. Unacceptable. There are other window companies who would actually do good business. DO NOT do business with this store!
