Please ignore the little bit of concrete spots on it as I am doing concrete and don't entirely know how to cover things up the right way but other than that Jose and Alfredo and Jesse in the receptionist, I forget her name, but I'm very sorry about that. They did such a wonderful job and my window looks so beautiful. It doesn't even look like anybody did anything on the inside, but you can tell that somebody caulked it very nicely. It just looks like I wished it in there like a wizard came in there or something like that and just Alakazamed it in there they did so very good as I was taking my lunch break. I was watching my security cameras and I noticed how professional and courteous they were about everything with my wife. well, I had a pleasant experience when the sales lady came She was very knowledgeable and it was easy to understand what she was selling. She was very knowledgeable and it was easy to understand what she was selling. Then I have to deal with the who does the schedule. And this is why it's only getting three stars and I haven't even had the yet Because I live out here in Edgewood and it's April, it's usually hoy and the weather is very unpredictable one day it's in the 70s the next day it's in the 50s so with the schedule the week is nice until the week. I have to get my windows in and then it's crappy so when I know what's going to be I have called in and it doesn't matter. She is argumentative. It's like she doesn't get that. You don't want Dirt in your house blowing 60 miles an hour and I have the two biggest windows in my house going in and I her that wants to put it off for two or three months down the road and I'm like that's not gonna happen either so she just has no common sense or obviously she doesn't live here. She must live in where there's plenty of just doesn't get it so three times I've had to call her I've had to argue with her. It just really gets old if they just can't say OK let's just schedule that day and be done with it but no, she has to argue with you. It's really been that the worst part of all this and I should've went with another when I was gonna have to deal with somebody like her and again I haven't even had the windows installed yet. We recently had nineteen windows replaced in our house. We like all of the windows but the picture windows are really nice! We have three windows that have an "eyebrow" (arched) top. The new windows fit perfectly - no stucco or drywall issues during the removal or installation of the windows. The project took two days. Day One we had a crew of three - Obed, Jayme and Mike. Day Two we had Obed and Jayme. They paid attention to details during the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows. They did a great job cleaning up both the interior and exterior of the house. There will be stucco work on the house in the Spring and a representative from the stucco company came both days to check on the window project. He was very pleased with the job that was being done. I'm going to have to edit the earlier part because Accent SW Windows recently got a new owner. I had a problem with a window in the garage because the frame warped. So my previous pictures showed that. Once Jesse, the new owner, saw my review and heard about the problem he called me, came out himself and ordered a new window. The problem with that particular frame was the acrylic glass block window warped and it warped the frame. I think what happened was the acrylic glass block couldn't stand up to the sun. Anyway they came and fixed it and he did everything he said and the workmen came and showed up on time and it's done. So they did honor their warranty and it wasn't really the frame itself that warped in the first place. I haven't had any problem with the rest of the windows. We've used Accent Southwest before for 5 other door projects and, even though there were a couple of little issues with each install, the doors turned out beautiful... until this recent experience. We placed an order for a fire-rated interior garage door on 1/11/2024 and this job took over 6 months to complete! Delays in the order, poor workmanship on the bullnose drywall repair resulting in damage to the door, wrong paint type and color ordered for the repairs, no follow-up from customer service and when we would call for an update it took quite some time to get a call back. Delay after delay and excuse after excuse. We had to take off work to meet contractors that were constantly late, or canceled at the last minute. The door still doesn't latch all the way without pushing it closed as an auto close fire-rated door should. The owner promised a $300 discount however we were invoiced for the full amount and had to request a new invoice. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! I no longer recommend this company. read more

I'm disappointed in the owner of the company. The service of the front desk, and the windows themself have been great. The stucco, responsiveness, and lack of respect from Jesse have been problematic for me. When we had our windows installed we moved everything to the middle of our home to make room. We came home to a house completely covered in drywall dust that we had to spend the next day cleaning top to bottom. The wrong color trim also showed up for one window (which happens) and they were quick to reorder. Problem I had, was that they left the rest of the door wood laying on top of my couch and pillows and I had to store it for a couple weeks while I waited for the other piece to show up. When we replaced our windows and doors we also decided to have our entire house re-stuccoed since they were going to patch it anyways. The stucco itself looked good, but the guys who completed it made an entire mess of our property. Utilized our hoses and left them unraveled and covered in stucco mud. Got mud all over our wood beams, all over our pipes, our new windows, our shed, etc. When we called and requested them to come and clean it they showed up and barely made an effort. My husband and I decided to clean everything ourselves and needed to sand our wood beams down and stain as well. Shortly after we noticed cracks in the stucco at the bottom of each slider door. We informed Jesse of the cracks and the crew came out to patch. I'm disheartened by the patch work we received and the color doesn't seem to match. I reached out 2-weeks ago and was told that this was passed along to Jesse but I haven't heard back. I feel a complete lack of care now that it's a warranty issue. We'll see how this progresses, but I wouldn't recommend using this company and would recommend purchasing the window brands and having a better contractor for that shows more care for your home install them for you. Overall disappointed and feel like my home wasn't treated with the same respect I see from other reviews. read more

Whatever the "Sales Rep" told us in terms of receipt and installation of windows, INCLUDING receiving a pre funded debit card WAS ALL JUST A PLOY!!! In reality, it took over 30 days past the provided date for the windows to arrive and be installed AND I was never presented the prepaid debit card! We even called her Manager wanting some consideration for all the delay and "misinformation" and the Mgr basically told us to POUND SAND!!!! Ive had two separate jobs done, which included four doors. They provided quality products and a quality install. A few months ago a door knob stopped working and they came out and replaced for free of course. Very happy with them and will use again and again. read more

This is the second time I've used the company. They did a fair job with the first door replacement but had a few hiccups so I thought I'd give them another go. I will not be using them again for windows or doors, nor do I recommend them. 1. They showed up almost three hours late 2. They didn't have the correct tools so one of the guys had to go to home depot. 3. I asked them to keep the door closed between the kitchen and the living room so the cat wouldn't get out - they let cat out when they apparently needed to use the bathroom (frequently) 4. they took off for lunch (understand but they had only worked for less than 2 hours 5. They then took off again for almost an hour for no reason - just walked in the back to finish. This is unacceptable! read more

I had to reschedule due to a meeting conflict. They cancelled but said they'd reschedule me NEXT week. Why not reschedule when I called? We met Jesse Martinez (seller) after meeting with several other companies (Home Depot, Window World, DreamStyle & Renewal by Anderson). He was the most qualified and knowledgeable of all by far and we later found out he was an installer for almost 2 decades before moving into sales. We appreciated him since the first second as he also was able to accommodate all our windows needs. He wasn't giving us the BS speech most of the other companies gave us. Window World would have been our second choice, but the product Accent Southwest Windows offered was of better quality. These 2 would be the only companies I would recommend (we were looking only at Vinyl windows). We placed our order in May and Jesse told us 12 weeks wait time. Windows were installed at the end of week 11!!! We have been remodeling our house little by little during covid year and this is the only company which delivered the product/service in the timeframe promised. Installation took one day (for 8 windows total in a house from 1948 with original windows, storm glass as a second window plus bars, all custom sizes including frames removed). Leon & Paul (Installers) arrived before 9am on scheduled day and left the place CLEAN all around. They were also quiet (Husband and I work from home nowadays). Our house is brick on the outside and the installers made sure the finish was also great with the brick. We wanted to make an opening smaller by 5 inches for one of the windows and they did a perfect job as well (other companies didn't even have that option). This specific window outside brick work wasn't included in our contracted price but they found me a third-party person who would do it right away as well (who also did an excellent job). On installation day, we noticed Jesse was also helping with the install. They were the best team I've ever hired, and I would hire them again anytime. The windows are highly rated energy Efficient, modern, stylish, light, and easy to operate yet of high quality, too soon to test their cold/heat properties but the noise reduction is amazing (We live across a city park). Their windows come standard with the Vent Latch and other companies offer it only as a premium feature. The Glass is so clear you may think the window is open. We love our investment, and we are really pleased with Jesse, Leon and Paul for their excellent work and high customer service. Accent Southwest is the best company for your investment. It certainly seems better quality with better warranty than the one company I found that was a little cheaper. Antonio and Jesus were the install team, and they did a great job. We recently had the majority of our old windows replaced by Accent Southwest. We received several different quotes and chose them for their professionalism and product quality/pricing. I was very happy with our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions. Our windows took about 3-4 months to manufacture/ship which we were told about ahead of time. We scheduled our window installation over a 3 day period about 2 months after our windows had delivered to the Accent Southwest warehouse. This is where our experience goes south and unfortunately I regret choosing them. At the end of the 3rd install day, the crew realized they were missing a window. A window that is on the very front of the house. Now, the window was ordered as part of the original order and paid for but at no time during the two months the window sat in their warehouse or at any point after, did a SINGLE person take the time to just simply count the windows to make sure they were all there. If someone had verified this at any time, the window could have been reordered and the issue could have been corrected. So, as of now I have one window on the FRONT of my house with a grid in it and the remaining windows are new. It will take another 2-3 weeks minimum (it's been 3 weeks already) to get a new window in to fix their mistake. This is completely negligent and absolutely inexcusable. If you want new windows, choose a company will actually make sure that SOMEONE verifies you are actually getting what you pay for. read more

We purchased almost $30,000.00 worth of windows. It's taken several interactions to finally get me pissed off enough to write a review. When the windows were ordered they ordered the special shaped windows backwards, we had to wait additional time for the installation to take place. When they were installed I had one of the installers tell me my husband didn't want them to do the inside trim, he was going to do something different with them. I'm so trusting, I didn't question it. My husband is 75 years old and he's a retired contractor so I thought there could be some logic to it. When they left my husband was a little angry at me and asked why we paid to have them installed if I wad going to have him finish the trim. They went to him as well and said I didn't want them trimmed out. I signed off on the invoice, my mistake that I didn't question it. Time goes on, a few of the windows in the Dining room are hard to latch I called and was told to push up or down to force it. I recently started to open a window in a room that has been closed up for the winter. I had never tried to open this window. I noticed it didn't have a screen. I don't believe it's ever had a screen or I would have found it on the ground. I called requesting a screen and they said it's been too long and there would be a charge. A $38.00 charge if I picked it up. I feel like I'm being called a liar. You would think for $30,000.00 they would show good faith and give me the screen I paid for. I suggest you do yourself a favor and purchase your windows from a distributor and pay a contractor to install. It would be 1/10 the cost. there really isn't any guarantee or customer service anyhow. read more

This is by far the best windows I have ever purchased for the price. My home is much cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The installers did an excellent job cleaning up after installation and were very friendly. The best part is...they have a lifetime warranty!!
