I bought a silver full detail package expecting to get all the services I paid for but the quality of work he provides falls very short. He did not fully wash the car, he didn't wash the lower front bumper or parts of the rear bumper. He did not clay bar the car nor did he machine polish and wax the car as the package describes. He didn't shampoo any interior carpet or floor mat, and the cleaning of the headliner as described is questionable considering there is still dirt on parts of the headliner. I was unable to go over the car when he finished as I was at work, so my wife gave a quick look over the car, once I got home I was able to look over the car and was not happy for what I paid. When I reached out to buddy to let him know the short falls with his work he has refused to respond to my messages or emails. I was hoping he would honor what he claims on his website but that is not the case. He should have given up on this business years ago or hire someone more capable to complete the services that he is selling. Please save yourself some time and money and look somewhere else because this is not the guy you want detailing your car.

We took the vehicle here and were given an estimate of about 1.5 - 2 weeks before it would be completed. We got the car back within the week and it looks better than before it got hit. They gave us updates during the whole process and the customer service was great as well as the body work. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Oh yeah, forgot to mention..
