I dropped off my car 5/11/2026 and picked it back up 5/20/2026 WOW, I am so pleased with the way my car looks... It's looks band New car for it to be a 2004 Passat. I've gotten so many compliments. I can't wait to go places now, I know I'm Shinning Now... :) :) I wish I could up lode a picture photo of, Before and After from my phone, that car is saying something... I'm so happy and a I'm really glad I went there to get my car painted. GOOD JOB GUYS.

Let me start off by saying, AVOID…read more I had brought my car in for an estimate and work to be done on 5/4/26. The estimator was Luis Lugo, and the paint technician went by the name Jamaal. He had no last name. Long story short, I had bought a car canopy on Amazon. The wind picked it up and hit both the hood and driver side door areas. Leaving small denting and scratches down to the metal. I was told the work would take around a week to finish. I was out of town and they held it for a couple days which was nice. When I got the car back, it looked fine from far away. Looking up close, there was specs everywhere in the clear coat. Sloppy bondo used even though the dents were supposed to be pushed back out. Didn't even bother to finish sanding down properly. They also mounted my front license plate and left holes in my front bumper. WHICH I NEVER TOLD THEM TO DO. I came here specifically for body work, not for them to drill screws into my car. Getting home, I noticed there was a new scratch on the front bumper that also scratched the grille. Mind you, I had recently purchased this car and have only owned it for a few weeks. I inspected all damage done and also reviewed the footage on my backyard camera. I was aware of the few imperfections when purchased. The canopy never touched the front of the car. Lugo had offered to fix the mistakes, and told me I could drop it off on 5/20/26 and it would only take a few days. I showed Lugo the new scratch, and convinentely enough they "never got a photo of it" and that he could only use a paint pen. I agreed and just kind of put it off as not being a big deal. On 5/22/26 I was told to come pick it up. They had "fixed" the mistake but did a terrible job, causing more damage. They had sanded a glossy black trim piece underneath and left deep scratches. The paint is discolored and didn't appear OEM. Another thing I noticed is that a new scratch magically appeared in the place that they had repaired. Not to mention, paint was left on the interior driver door panel. And my steering wheel was scratched with the silver trim peeled off. This Maaco location is purpously causing more damage and tampering with people's cars so they keep coming back. I paid in cash, because they charged a 3% credit card fee. Now I see why. They likely had various disputed with the sloppy work they have done. I paid over $1,600 for two spots to be done. Money distortion at its finest. If this is not taken care of it will be going to corporate. This review has also been cross posted to Google (you know, the one they pay for fake 5 star reviews). My wife left reviews as well since she witnessed it. Do yourself a favor, and get quotes elsewhere. I had 3 other places with far better reviews at similiar pricing. I chose Maaco because it was the closest to me. DO BETTER.
