They got it fixed up and functional for the next few days until the new door we decided it was time to purchase was to be installed. The day of the installation was amazing: one technician, expert, worked and worked and got it done and it is perfect. He was nice, helpful, friendly, efficient and now we have the new door and are very glad. So, I would highly recommend this company. I think value for money is good too.
