The two times that they have disappointed me were once when a white shirt came back with a small rust spot on the front and another time when a pair of casual slacks were creased even though I requested that they not be creased. I attempted to follow up by three in person visits to the business and one phone call over the course of a month with no response from owner. I left my contact info anew each time. As a previous reviewer noted, they have an annoying policy of a minimum price before you can use plastic to pay. I think maybe you can use plastic for less, but there is a fee. I got it home and took it out to put on my bed and noticed a big tear in it. The original place I dropped it off send me to this place. They told me they didn't check it when it came in for tears (another words are possibly putting the blame on me.) The manager on duty said they would not buy me another one. Said they could try to get someone to repair it but it'd be a few more days and I'd have to come back. This place is about half hour from my house so total driving time would be about two hours I'd have invested in this.
