The two times that they have disappointed me were once when a white shirt came back with a small rust spot on the front and another time when a pair of casual slacks were creased even though I requested that they not be creased. They cost a little bit more than some of the cheaper places, but they also do a better job in my opinion. I will definitely continue using them.

Dry cleaning, laundry, and they usually have the number of a person who will do alterations if you need that. As a previous reviewer noted, they have an annoying policy of a minimum price before you can use plastic to pay. I think maybe you can use plastic for less, but there is a fee. This is becoming a common practice. I've used them before and will use them again. The new location is kinda tricky.

I got it home and took it out to put on my bed and noticed a big tear in it. The original place I dropped it off send me to this place. They told me they didn't check it when it came in for tears (another words are possibly putting the blame on me.) The manager on duty said they would not buy me another one. Said they could try to get someone to repair it but it'd be a few more days and I'd have to come back. This place is about half hour from my house so total driving time would be about two hours I'd have invested in this. I don't want a temporary sow job to where every time I have it cleaned it will come apart. I took my comforter and left. Do not take your dry cleaning here unless you can afford to replace the items they tear up.
