Called Doorworks, told the technician that I needed a new garage door. He came ove the same day and inspected my garage door and told me that I didn't need a new door and that he could fix the situation. This is one honest company. After doing all the self-diagnostics I could perform on my garage door opener and not solving the issue, I was glad to learn that Doorworks is operating in the midst of this pandemic. The tech got to my house only 90 minutes after my calling them and, although he had to exhaust a few initial theories, found and fixed the problem, which was a chafed sensor wire. Extremely unprofessional from management to workers. Don't let them come to your house, they have bare minimum insurance, just enough to be legal to protect their asses Two employees in their work truck collided head on into my 2 parked vehicles in front of my house . The passenger jumped out and was on his phone and was looking around frantically, a pickup comes flying up picks up the passenger and takes off all while the driver is still trying to drive forward uphill still plowed into my truck... Driver named Dustin had a suspended license for previous Dui and admitted chp officer to having a few drinks. He starts throwing up in the street. Dustin gives his personal insurance and company insurance. His personal insurance says they aren't involved because Dustin was in a company vehicle . The company's insurance called alliance says that Cassidy the owner has only the minimum allowed by law and they can only pay up to 5 thousand and that Dustin could have hit 5 Lamborghinis and the owners would still only get a max payout of 5k. We had 21,000 in damages Alliance offered to pay 3,100 $ to total both vehicles. We fought and fought and insurance nor the company paid for repairs for both vehicles. We called Cassidy and tried to talk to him about the incident and he told us to go fuck ourselves and take him to court... this event Is endless, and I'll stop here , to spare you readers my headache. My rental house garage door springs broke. After a quick YouTube look up, I decided it wasn't worth my time since i didn't have the experience or necessary tools. It also looked dangerous if something goes wrong. I yelped garage door repair and called the one with the highest rating but I was disappointed with the conversation. The representative English was OK and I think it was a $29 charge for an inspection visit. If i accepted the charge would gone toward the repair. That sounded OK, but I wanted a basic spring replacement quote so i could compare prices. They couldn't provide me with a quote since it was dependent on what type of springs i had which could cost potentially up to $40 - $100 or more per spring. I didn't like that answer especially since i read that springs cost about 20 - 40 for basic springs. I called the second highest rating which was Doorworks and had positive experience. The representative asked me what type of door i have and what was wrong with the door. I let them know that it was a sectional door with 2 springs were broken and I was looking for a quote. They said it would be $195 out the door which covered replacement parts, labor and tuneup. It took less then 30 minutes and could come the next day. Cassidy preformed the repairs and was very friendly and completed the work quickly. He even took a look at my own garage door and answered questions i had. Owner has a testy attitude. ......not sure why I hired him. The new garage door works well, but a chunk of stucco was knocked off the garage during the installation. The owner said that he didn't know anything about stucco, that it was not his responsibility, and that unless I saw them knock I off I could not prove anything. I now have to hire someone to fix it before water gets inside and causes further damage. I recommend judging the character of the person who comes to make your estimate. read more

My 14X14 commercial roll up door apparently got out of adjustment/alignment and wouldn't open or close correctly. I contact Cassidy and explained my problem with the door not being operational. Door works responded to my location and re-aligned the track so the door would operate correctly. The repair guys lubricated the wheels and track on this commercial insulated door and got the door to operate better than when it was first installed. The guys also instructed me on the proper lubrication and maintenance of the commercial door. Best of all they charged me less than some of the other door repair quotes because of the 14X14 commercial size. I will definitely use these guys again for my roll up door repairs. read more

In an effort to support local business I hired Cassidy at DoorWorks to install a garage door. What a mistake that was. His guys came out and installed it yesterday told my wife it was finished and left. When I got home the seal on the top of the door frame was already falling off, the door has dents in it, the finish is rubbed off in multiple places and they left a mess in my garage. I called Cassidy and explained the problems, he gave me the run around and made a bunch of excuses for his half assed installers but said they would be back today to make it right. Today his guys showed up again to "make it right" and I asked them of this is normally the condition they leave a jobsite in. They lied to me and told me they cleaned up after themselves when they clearly didn't and once I started pointing out all the trash and debris they left they wanted to fight me. So I kicked them out and gave Cassidy a call, told them his guys aren't welcome at my house again and I would be having someone else install a new door and he can come pick his up. Then he threatened me and said its a small fucking town I'll see you around. This guy is a joke his guys are unprofessional and he apparently gets his doors from the scratch and dent pile. read more
