We tried to call him back he wasn't unswerving his phone, and when he did never showed up. Great way to treat people with disabilities! So after back and forth with all the frustration. We decided to call a professional company for evaluation. Apparently Tetos didn't install the opener correctly, they installed thd solar panels like a table stand on a not secure post, he didn't mount properly the safety eye but the worst of the worst he didn't install the safety sensor for opening direction. Instead he "bypass" the sensor by shorting the wires. Now our opener is not up to safety CODE!!! And it will void our warranty! Down the road we discovered that this company doesn't have a business LICENSE!! So guys BE AWARE before you call them! It was a Friday, a little later in the day, so I thought I'll probably have to wait til next week and who knows who I'll deal with and how much it will cost, etc., etc. All the paranoid things you might rain on yourself in these situations. I was having a good day though and got to speak with Gia. She answered right away, asked the right questions and was super sweet and kind in addition. Felt like I had know her forever. My anxiety was coming down immediately. I didn't have to look for another place. Like I said, it was later in the afternoon on Friday and I thought I was gonna get the "see you next week" thing when I really needed the garage to be shut. Well, she cracked the whip on John and he came out within a half hour/forty five minutes. Unbelievable. Right away, I could tell he was a Master at what he does and my anxiety was lowering even further. Just that someone actually cared to help when I called later in the day was blowing my mind. While he was working his magic we had some cool conversations about his growing up in the Antelope Valley and the good old days and such and then wallah! the garage door was working like a charm. I was given a free estimate before the job and he stuck to it not adding anything on and I don't want to embarrass him but I think we hugged at the end (lol)! Hi, folks, this company is the real deal. My story begins with getting a call from my wife stating honey ('i accidentally back the car into the garage door and I can't get out") as I'm driving home I'm thinking the worst. 1. the door is completely off its track and the car damage a wall. I get home it's not bad, spring broken and the cables on both sides of the door are off. I call around to get quotes I'm getting all these crazy quotes, 1. just to come out $100-$150. 2. the average to fix between $200-$275. I was about to give up and call it a night. I did a simple search best garage door installer/ fixer for Palmdale Ca using DuckDuckGo search engine. T.E.C came up, I called late at night early morning. I thought I would get a recording, to my surprise I got a live person. I spoke to Travis told him the situation, told me not to worry made an appointment. He came out saw the damage replace the spring re-cable the support cable, ensure the frame and joint to the garage were fine. He suggested later on when I'm ready due to one of the panels slightly damage purchasing a new better garage door. The current door opens and closes though you can see where the car hit it, overall the service of 5 stars. The total cost was what he quoted $175.00. This was the first time that I needed my garage door fixed and when looking for a repair business on Yelp and the first thing that caught my attention were the reviews on the response time. So I txt at 10pm and got a call back from Travis at 6am the next morning. My wife and I had work but Travis was very customer service oriented and personable over the phone that he worked and made arrangements to accommodate our work schedules and was able to be at my home at 6pm. When I arrived home from work Travis had just got to my house and was already working on the garage door. Not only was he very personable over the phone but even more so in person. He explained in detail to my wife and I why the garage door was broken but also explained how we may repair it ourselves in the future if it happens again so we can try to avoid a service call. We live in Rosamond and his business is in Palmdale and were expecting to pay more than we did for the labor and parts but Travis's price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Travis and his expertise, professionalism, personality, sense of urgency and efficiency. read more

We had our large garage door on our large out building cave in with the high winds. We called TEC Services and Travis came over first thing in the morning to fix our doors. Travis explained why this happened and then took the time to show us how this could happen again with high winds. So we asked Travis what is our best solution to fix our problem. With our current doors we had improper back support for such a large door. So we had TEC Services install new and better doors. Travis gave us different types and makes of doors choices. We went with a commercial grade door due to the size of the door we needed. We needed more support to keep us safe and that is what Travis gave us. He installed the doors within a week and we are now very happy with our new doors. We have had no problems with high winds with our new doors. Now we are looking at replacing our family's garage doors with TEC Services. Quality service and quality people, we would recommend TEC Services to everyone. Travis was great!! First I used my homeowners insurance, and AC Garage Doors was the company that came out in the morning. They told me that my winding spring was not covered by my insurance. But they can replace it for $375. I said that was too much and I had to talk the wife first, then he lower it to $338. I passed on the offer but he was a professional and fix my wiring on my motor. I went on Yelp to find someone else and ask from different companies for a quote. Travis was the only one who replied back quickly, and ask for some pictures and quoted me more than half off from what the other company offered. He said he can do the service the same day, and he even showed up early from our original time. He was finished in less than 20 minutes. Great service, great attitude, very fair pricing! I recently bought an old home that had an old pull up, broken, garage door. I contacted TEC with the measurements online and got an immediate response. Travis came out that same day to do a free quote for me. He was very friendly and personable and was able to answer all the questions I had!He even suggested for me to buy my own motor as they were on sale at Lowes at the time. He also indicated that he could have his technician come the very next day to put it in. Friday morning, his technician Carlos came bright and early, and worked quickly to get everything installed. He even took the time to make sure the wires leading from the motor to the wall were all straight, with no hanging wires! He also helped us with set up. Would recommend highly! The power of a broomstick threw the rollers on my garage door off track, my fault I left the broom right on the track. Being a penny pincher husband I tried doing it myself, the garage door started collapsing. That's when I said I must call a professional. The customer service over the phone was amazing, they didn't have an appointment until later in the afternoon. I let the secretary know that today was my 8-year wedding anniversary, she quickly said " I got you " she booked me for an appointment with in 2- hours. He set up a remote for us that had 2 buttons, allowing for the use of one remote, rather than two. We previously had separate remotes for each the sliding gate, and the garage door. They fixed them both right away, even though it was later in the evening, and their price was very reasonable (we estimate about $20-$50 less than any others). Trusting a professional with your home safety is important, and finding out they intentionally created a problem to force a sale of a garage door that you don't need, is completely unacceptable. They accepted a deposit of $300 and refused to refund it. I pray that this company don't get the pleasure of doing this to someone else.
