I used Scoop Troop for a number of months. Suddenly my dog developed Severe Kidney Disease and had…read moreto be put to sleep. I left a message on their voice mail but they never returned my call. Instead they kept sending their employees to service my yard after my dog had died. I called several more times but no one returned my calls. Two days ago I received yet another call from one of their employees stating that he was on his way to my home. I again told him of the situation and left a message on the firm's voice mail. When I get another dog companion I will never again use the services of this facility nor would I ever recommend them for others to use!!!! I don't like to even give them one star!
