I know this means that they are going somewhere and I won't see them for awhile. Why does it always seem like five years! They bring my own bed and my own food. The best thing is that I get to play with the other furbabies during the day. I really get worn out and sometimes I even lose a little weight, which is good because sometimes I get a little chunky with Dad sneaking me food (don't tell Mom). They have training and grooming here also. The reason I only gave them four stars instead of five, is sometimes they call up my Mom and tell her that I ran out of food and then she gets charged extra for them to use their food. The last time we got home, Mom looked in my bag and saw two packages of my food in there. Another thing that Mom doesn't like is that when she calls, she doesn't know which Watering Bowl location the phone call will go to so sometimes they can't tell her how I'm doing. I hope my Mom and Dad keep using The Watering Bowl when they go on their trips. I really like it here.

The "Leave it" phrase is also so helpful. Jen doesn't train dogs, she trains humans on how best to communicate with their dogs! We practice with Mayzie every day and are so grateful for these classes. Also, Mayzie was too little compared to the other puppies in her class. Jen really cares about the culture of the classroom, because it is VITAL that all the dogs work well together for training to take place effectively. She asked us if we could do a different class, and she even CREATED a specific class for our pup and added a few others to it. She went above and beyond for our girl to feel comfortable and confident during class. We are newlyweds and do not have a big income, and we talk frequently about how grateful we are that we spent money to take this class, even though we had to manage our resources differently that month. Jen also has the most reasonable rates in the St. Louis area. I honestly could not recommend more!

I also pick up the dachshund wet loaf food, it is pricey, but my dog loves it and looks forward to breakfast and dinner. For my cat, I get the purina one chicken dry food. He also loves the beef and liver purina one wet food - he eats the whole can! I tend to always pick up some 'destroyer' toys for my dog and they have all kinds to choose from. Same with the cat toy selection. Lastly, I always grab a pack of the Himalayan cheese bones. Marlo goes crazy for them!
