I ordered a dress back in September of 2021. Long story short it is now July of 2022. And I still have not received my dress. They sent it back due to a "stain" and they never called me or told me. Until I contacted them a month later. I was in there last week after multiple voice mails and text messages and getting no response. I was told she would contact me Tuesday to give me an update. It's now been a full week since then and no one has answered any calls or reached out to me. Not to mention I had to make an appointment to talk to anyone since the only way I can get anyone's time of day there is by booking an appointment. I visited Blushing Bride in May of 2020--a strange time to be wedding dress shopping. We were able to book a private appointment and have the shop all to ourselves for trying on dresses. The ladies there were so helpful and fun to work with. The best part was that I found the dress for me on the first visit and I was able to buy it off the rack too. They recommended a local seamstress for my alterations and she was fantastic to work with too. I definitely recommend shopping here! read more

She pulled a few recommendations for me to try on, and based on my reactions to various aspects of the dresses, she was able to pull a dress that was everything I've ever dreamed of in a wedding dress, including style, fit, and price! After visiting 4 other shops from Fort Collins to Denver, Blushing Bride had the perfect dress that I said yes to! During my appointments, the customer service was stellar! The gals were so friendly and offered great advice. There was a large selection of dresses that I truly loved, and they weren't sized so large that I wouldn't be able to see what the final fitted outcome would look like. My dress arrived 2 months earlier than I expected and picking it up was easy. We traveled to from Windsor to Loveland and all the way to Fort Collins and no where did we find the elegance, service and environment we enjoyed at Blushing Bride. The dressing rooms where huge, the dresses looked like couture and the service was first class. If you are looking in Northern Colorado for a wedding gown don't decide until you have been to Blushing Bride. I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at Blushing Bride. I bought my dress in March 2022 and it was suppose to arrive in July 2022. The date I was told it would be here, I contacted the store to see if they received the dress and it took about a week for anyone to get back to me. From there on, my dress was delayed several more times (no fault of blushing bride). My problem with the store was that they never told me the status of my dress. I had to frequently call and text and leave several messages and still no one would return my calls. I had to physically go to the store several times and ask the owner the status of my dress to get any kind of answer. The owner always blamed the manufacturer for everything and never took any responsibility. I told them several times, our frustration stems from the lack of communication and there is nothing they can do about manufacturing delays. Nothing changed. All of our communication was with the owner of the store. She was always very nice, however, made no effort to improve communication all the way to the end. I did not order a wedding dress here but ordered bridesmaid dresses. The customer service we got from Kayla was exceptional, we did not have an appointment made and she still made sure we were helped and taken care of. Unfortunately the sizes that were "recommended and almost forced" to purchase were over 3 sizes to big on all of the girls. They had measurements done of course, but said they needed those sizes and not to worry that bridesmaid dress sizing is different... well my girls are all having their dresses altered and they all are swimming in the dress before alterations. Thankfully I have an amazing alterer and things are being fixed. I would rate higher, but the size guide and knowledge of sizing is just so lacking, it's disappointing. read more

I was very disappointed with the customer service and the presentation of the store. I had two appointments here, the first appointment was my frustration time trying on wedding dresses. First off, even though I had made an appointment and given the lady on the phone all of my information, the sales person there that day had nothing ready for me, and didn't even realize I had an appointment. The dresses are so packed on the racks that they are impossible to look at, and they are all snagged on each other. When I was ready to try on dresses, it was clear the sales woman had no interest in making a sale, as she answered the phone multiple times disappeared into other parts of the building frequently so she was unavailable to help, and did not help me in to any of my dresses. I was able to find a few dresses I liked, and when I went back today for another appointment, the sales woman did not have any of my dresses pulled so we sat there for 15 minutes as she found them all. She once again did not help me in to any dresses, disappeared through the the appointment, and ultimately lost our business. The shop is also not very clean, there were nasty hand smudges on the mirror, the carpet is stained, lights were out, and to use the restroom you have to go outside with a key to get to it. Gross. I had an absolutely wonderful time at Blushing Bride! Being a small-town bridal shop that doesn't look too special from the outside, I had my doubts. However, the consultant was incredible, and we had the whole store to ourselves! They have a fantastic sale rack and plenty of different styles to choose from. All of their gowns are the latest and greatest, (unlike other bridal stores we attended that had dated gowns.) Out of the three shops I went to, this one made me feel most like a bride. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured in any way. The consultant made sure to check in on how I was feeling in each dress, asking the perfect questions to help me in my decision. She listened to what I wanted, and was pulling dresses frequently. She definitely understood what would look good on my body and was very positive the entire time. The consultant was great about sharing how much certain alterations may cost, and gave three great seamstress recommendations, and encouraged my customization ideas. Disappointing. As part of a large bridal party I went in to get measured and pay the deposit on my dress. Waited in the store for over fifteen minutes as the store employee desperately attempted to decipher the computer program in order to apply the 10% discount the bridal party was offered. I returned to the store some months later to pick up my friend's dress with the understanding that she had paid in full (she lives out of state). I was informed that she had a balance of $9 and some odd cents. Upon inquiry of the odd amount owed, the employee informed me that another employee had misapplied discounts on multiple orders for our party. The manager or some other employee then went back into the system to correct the problems NEVER bothering to contact any of the members of our party to inform us of such. The employee helping me assured me that everyone had in fact paid the same price; however, I learned after the fact that that wasn't the case as a family member later called to verify as they had in fact been overcharged. FRUSTRATING that a simple call to customers could have alleviated any confusion. Poor customer service in my opinion, along with a general lack of professionalism. Will not be recommending Blushing Bride. read more

Working with this company was a nightmare. Only one lady knew what was going on and I rarely was able to catch her working. They called me 2 weeks before the deadline to order bridesmaid dresses to tell me that they couldn't order any for my wedding which was 3 months away. After all that they still ordered one dress after they were asked to cancel the orders. Then they ordered the jr bridesmaid dresses in the wrong size and too many of them. I have finally received to right dresses 3 weeks before the wedding. I would definitely not recommend this shop unless you can guarantee that you can only deal with carly. I wasn't very impressed with this store. The gowns aren't well taken care of, a few of them were ripped, it's extremely difficult to look through the gowns as they are all crammed together. The sales consultants were unprofessional, did not help me much at all, I had to ask for help getting in and out of the gowns, etc., etc. I wouldn't waste your time! read more

My best friend got her wedding dress, all 5 of her bridesmaid's dresses, the mother of the bride dress, and the flower girl dress from Blushing Bride. While I am not the bride I have to say how displeased I was with their service. Their hours are very inconvenient for anyone that lives outside of Windsor and works past 5pm. I am one of those people. I called several times and left messages about coming in on a weekend (per their request on their website) and NEVER received a call back. When I finally got a hold of the manager, she told me because she didn't see any messages from me they were going to charge me a fee for not picking my dress up exactly when they wanted me to. I explained that I had called and left messages and unfortunately her not getting the messages from her staff was not my issue. She proceeded to lecture me and threatened that she would change my account the next day if I was not in the store by 6pm that evening and then hung up on me. Needless to say, this shop's customer service in addition to the high prices is absolutely not worth it. Go somewhere else. read more

I am so upset right now that I cannot give all the details, but I was lied to, told I was getting a custom made dress, when in fact the dress was just sent over to the seamstress (this store is a consignment store), customer service is awful. So wish that we had gone to a professional store. Their deceptive practices will catch up with them. Please know what you are getting into when you are purchasing through them. This is a consignment store, painted as a unique little boutique. Your dress is not being made for you, someone else has worn it before you, when you purchase it, they tell you that it is being made for you when in fact it is being sent to the seamstress down the street. I found the perfect dress for my wedding at Blushing Bride but wanted to wait a couple days and think it over just to make sure. When I tried to call back to make an appointment I left messages on the voice mail and still had to call back multiple times to ever reach anyone at the store. I told them which dress I wanted to be fitted for when I made the appointment. When I showed up to Blushing bride, after an hour drive, the exact women that helped me a week earlier had no idea who I was. After I gave my name she let me know they sold the dress right off the rack the day before. I was never told that was an option or there was a chance that if I waited a week the dress may no longer be available.They never apologized for not calling to let me know they had sold the dress. Also, I was told they would try to re-order the dress and call me that day to let me know. It has almost been a week and I have not heard from them. The experience of wedding dress shopping is supposed to be enjoyable and the women at Blushing Bride made my experience terrible. I will never recommend this dress shop to any of my friends or anyone looking for quality customer service. Blushing Bride has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. read more

My sister ordered a bridesmaids dress from Blushing Bride for my May wedding in CA this year. She ordered it 3 months before and put a rush order on it to make sure it got to the store with plenty of time for alterations. The first issue was the dress did not come on time, it came only 4 days before my wedding leaving no time for alterations. The ladies at blushing bride "said" they took it to their seamstress to get steamed and then my sister picked it up from them. The second issue came on Saturday when we took the dress out of the packaging... there were very distinct X marks all along the dress and a few snags. I took pictures and immediately emailed Blushing Bride so they could see the time stamp and that my sister had not worn the dress yet. I let the manager "Danielle" know that she would be on Monday to be compensated for this huge headache the store had caused. Not only did I not get a response, my sister went in on Monday and the manager was conveniently unavailable. She was told she would have a CALL by the end of the week, but instead the manager emailed her, mind you she never even responded to my email. Danielle, as a manager that is horrible customer service, and as being someone that has worked in the customer service industry I would be embarrassed to call you my manager. She said she would either have the dress cleaned or pay my sister 45 dollars, what good does that do us now? I would not recommend blushing bride to anyone. read more

I would have had a better experience buying my dress online and finding my own seamstress. The owner Danielle requires a little more training on customer services and customer is always right. You don't sit there and call your customer a liar when it was your employee that was wrong. She did nothing to make the situation better or even right and discounted me as nothing more than another transaction that she could not wait to get out of her store. I spent enough money in her store to buy 5 dresses elsewhere and probably would have been treated better. The customer service their referral to a seamstress that is overwhelmed is NOT good customer service. My suggestion would be to steer clear of this shop!!! This is not just an angry bride who has tried her hardest to be patient and understanding but this is a bride who knew what she wanted but asked for assistance and trusted the advisement of her employees but was treated as if the color and size (which was ordered wrong by her staff) was my fault. AND SHE DID NOTHING and showed no concern to make it right! read more
