It's prom season and young ladies are trying on multiple dresses, some of which have to be removed from mannequins or high up on the wall, and there was never a sense that they were causing trouble. The lady who worked in the shop today and yesterday is an angel! Best customer service I have ever had in my life. I was worried that the dresses would be out of the price range I was looking for but I was highly mistaken. I found a beautiful gown for my daughters masquerade ball for only $59.99 The dress ran large so she offered to alter it for us but we needed it by the next day. She altered it and had it done not even 24 hours later and it fit perfectly. She was SO sweet and asked about our family and our day and truly cared about us. I was the maid of honor in a wedding, I came to get my dress and measurements and I called in advance to see if the woman (Jessica) was there since I'd be driving over an hour to get there. I get there and she is not there so her husband does the measurements (what he could at least). initially the zipper broke first time I tried it on. the dress was even a size to big so the size was not the issue. he told me he would fix it. I pick up the dress and take it home a week later and it did the same exact thing. so we try one more time a week before the wedding. he said 2 people should help zip it up and it should be fine, wedding day comes and I have 3 people help me zip it up just in case and it did the exact same thing. I had to tape the dress shut the day of the wedding. i paid over $250 for this dress and all of the alterations and she won't offer a dime back for the inconvenience. says it's not the zipper it's the way we were zipping it! please don't go to this place for any of your dress needs! especially if it's for an important day. read more

Went in to look for a wedding dress. The man there was very unhelpful. Typically when you go into a store to look for a wedding dress there's someone there to help you, zip up the dress, look for other dresses etc. he was ironing dresses, didn't offer to help me. Overall not a great experience. And the dresses I tried on had see through bottoms. read more

Jess is not only such an incredible, sweet-natured woman, but she is also an extremely talented and hard worker. I took my dress to her for a bustle and to shorten plus tighten the sleeves. Other places easily quoted me FOUR times as much as she quoted me. I wanted to pay her more for such a beautiful job she did, but she wouldn't accept it. She also got it done in TWO weeks, and it's just absolutely perfect. I should also add that my dress' train is a bit complex as the lace extends past the dress itself so it took an eight point bustle. I am so thrilled with her work. I took my daughter and her best friend here shopping for their senior prom dresses. Words can not even begin to describe the wonderful experience we had here!!! First off, they have a huge selection of absolutely beautiful dresses. After catering to my two girls and them trying on numerous dresses, they decided on the perfect ones. Seamstress Jessica was on hand at the store and explained everything she could do to help both dresses fit perfectly. Knowing that we were from out of town, they actually had the dress alterations done and ready for us to pick up the next morning. I would like to start by saying I love this store's products. They have some beautiful dresses that don't cost an arm and a leg simply because they're not "name brand" items. I wish I could give them 4 or 5 stars. However, I had a rather heartbreaking experience that sort of soured it for me. I went in with my Mom and Aunt to try on some wedding dresses, and ended up finding the one. It was perfect in every way and fit me like it was tailored to my measurements. One of the owners came over and looked at the tag, which read "$699.95". Although that wasn't horrible for such a gorgeous dress, it would have been out of price range. The man read the tag and without blinking goes, "This one is $500." He told us how they had to put heavy dresses on sale because they couldn't display them properly, so they sat in bags and no one could see them. So we were thinking the dress had to be on sale more than they had marked based on what he told us. His wife and I think co-owner or something came into the store and helped get the fit perfect, and informed us of their alteration prices (which are mind-blowing! So good!). So finally, we put it on hold and they were nice enough to do that for us. Everything up until this point had been fantastic. This is where the heartbreak happened. I went in the next day with my Dad right when they opened to buy the dress, and when the man brought it out, he struggled to read the tag, saying his "eyesight wasn't very good." My stomach started to sink. We all agreed the tag did say $699.95, but I reminded him he had told me $500 that day before. He called his wife and after a conversation on speaker where she only spoke Chinese, (I can't stress enough how much it bothered me that she wouldn't say in English how much it was or say anything in English for that matter!), they determined my dress would be $700 and not the $500 that hooked me. He said that he had in fact told me $500, but only because of his bad eyesight (even with glasses and zero hesitation). My Dad said we couldn't afford that and we had to leave empty handed. I suppose the whole thing was a misunderstanding, but it felt like they decided not to give it to me cheaper because of how much we loved it. Whatever the case, I was in tears and they didn't make a sale. The store is great and the prices are phenomenal, but I would say just make sure the price said or tagged is the price you pay. read more

OMG! I bought shoes for my daughter for this store, after spending 170 dollars on a dress there. The shoes literally feel apart within an hour of her wearing them, the buckles broke off the soles came off, and they were not wearable. I would post a picture of the shoes and the disgusting state they are in after wearing them for an hour, but needless to say the page won't let me. I would also post a picture of the receipt too showing that I bought them this last friday, but again it will not let me. As a retired business owner I am appalled that this store does not stand by the product they sell. When I tried to return the shoes, I was told by the sales lady, "That she probably danced too hard in them." No refund, no store credit, and no more business from me. read more
