I've bought multiple suits from this store in the past. I've moved towns so been going to the Broomfield location. I made an appointment to find a tux for my wedding and it was a terrible experience. Avoid this store! Let me start by saying that my experience of this place was extremely negative - terrible service, poor quality, and overpriced. If you don't want to read the full review, scroll to the bottom for better alternatives. Saying I was disappointed with this place doesn't fully capture the negative experience I had. Upon arrival, despite the store being nearly empty, I wandered around for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Eventually, I approached someone to ask for help, and with a cold demeanor and an attitude, he reluctantly decided to assist. He handed me a small catalog of tuxedos to choose from, and when I asked if I could try one on, he looked at me as though I was asking for something unreasonable. After being handed two jackets, both in random sizes, to decide which style I liked, I finally selected one and was quickly measured. I was a bit uneasy about how carelessly I was measured but decided not to say anything, already feeling like an inconvenience. After paying over $290, I returned a few days later to pick up the tuxedo, and sure enough, the jacket was oversized. When I asked if I could get a smaller size, they quickly dismissed me with a flat "no." Already feeling pretty bad about my tuxedo, I traveled to the event, only to discover the bow tie was missing hours before. I had to go through the wedding without it. When I returned the tuxedo and explained the situation, hoping for at least a partial refund, they only refunded me $20 and said, "You're lucky you didn't get $10" I know it sounds exaggerated, but it's the truth. Drove to multiple places to find a suit or just a nice outfit for a wedding. When we arrived to The warehouse there was a lot of parking. There was a mask policy to be able to enter. There were two gentlemen that work there they were very helpful and friendly. This place has so many choices and so many different colors to choose from. If you would like a fitted suit it does take a couple weeks for it to arrive but we ended up getting something great for a wedding the day before. They have socks shoes and other accessories. They also have a clearance section towards the back . The fitting rooms were open to try on clothes. We will be going there a lot more often. Thank you for all your help we definitely needed it! We were left standing at the register for 10 minutes for a associate to check us out. When we asked for assistance from the one of the workers I was met with a bunch of Attitude and sass. The wait time wasn't terrible, but I had to insert myself to get some help. They had two employees helping customers. One of employees measured me real quick, told me what I could start looking for, then once another employee came in he was able to dedicate himself to helping. My only hiccup was nobody even acknowledged my wife or I for nearly 30 minutes, until I I stared myself. Other than that, I found the color suit I wanted in the fit I wanted. This is the worst mens warehouse I have ever been too. The employees are the absolute worst. I honestly wanted to go over to them and shake them and say what in the world are you doing?? The the employees were sitting in the corner, eating, SMOKING A VAPE, drinking monster energy drinks. They had their feet on the desk and were dropping F bombs every other word. They were dressed so casually we didn't know if they were employees. One girl had her stomach out in crop top? We had no help until a new employee came in. I wish I got his name because he was helpful. No one helped in the fitting room or finding a size. I truly hope these employees open their eyes to how horrible their service was. Went in for a Tuxedo for a wedding, and was struggling at every other Men's Fashion Store. The staff were quick to help us out. Customer service was immaculate. Lucas does a fantastic job on any given day you decide to come in. He is always courteous and made sure to get to know our individual situation so that we could find the right item and fit! He walked us through the whole process of ordering, fitting, and tailoring my boyfriend's own custom Tuxedo. Overseeing the other staff while we were in the store, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. Overall it was a wonderful experience, Lucas was a joy to work with, and we will be going back for any other custom or ready-to-buy items! read more

This is the worst Men Wearhouse I have been to. When we entered the store everyone ignored us. They didn't come to attend us and when we asked for help they didn't do anything. I felt inferior and disrespected. The employees were just sitting down doing absolutely anything. They only helped white people. My man and I went to go get him a suit for a wedding and were pretty disappointed. They took his measurements and that was about it. Didn't have a lot in stock which they attributed to prom, but one staff member did offer to order things that weren't in the store. The store was also very messy! The dressing room area was a mess, clothes and hangers piled up in the seating area, boxes in the front etc. plus the staff was really young and seemed inexperienced. I needed a sport jacket for a semi-formal event tonight, of course I had put this off all week, my experience at Macy's Westminster was just terrible. So today I called MW and told them I needed a black 46S jacket. They set one aside, and Lucas found a better fit for me that was a different size. They didn't have black in that size, but I went with Navy even though I was a little was reluctant. However, put over a light purple shirt and it really fits well, Shoulders fit great. Lucas really came through in a pinch and I was out of there in 10 minutes! And the wife approves of the choice of Navy. MW Boulder made an otherwise chaotic day great for me. read more

I went in and bought a few new suits for work. I finally get around to wearing my grey one and reach into the pocket and find the note. (Picture attaches) They sold me a used suit.....it was fumpy and missing buttons. I went to show the manager and he first went into defensive mode claiming that the don't sell used suits. He then started acting like I made it up. I was very disappointed with this store. He was able to find all the transactions where the suit was purchased....He did nothing for me. very disappointing wedding experience with this store. custom suit shipped to wrong city/state. groom had to travel 800 miles for alterations and learned when he arrived that the sleeves were not alterable on the custom suit that the sales dept sold him. since they were unable to get a new jacket made in time, they offered to alter an off the rack jacket which did not match pant color. barely able to make the wedding in time due to a very disorganized and untrained staff. corporate office would not acknowledge or respond to complaints. steer clear of this place! read more

We used Men's Wearhouse in Boulder, CO for the groom and groomspeople at our wedding. Pros: They did have a suit that fit our groomswoman, the orders arrived on time, and we were able to coordinate across multiple states to get rentals for everyone. We had to overnight an additional shirt (see details below), which also arrived on time. Pick up and drop off were very easy. Cons: I went in to the store to get input on incorporating our wedding colors in to our groomswear. I was told by the staff to go online or to call their corporate office, as they do not help with design in the store for rentals. I actually had to interrupt a staff member texting on their phone to even get this answer. Additionally, they don't have any of the rental items (jackets, vets, etc.) in the store, so you're pretty much at the mercy of the online photos. I was able to speak with someone from their corporate office over the phone to get design input. The rentals are only available two days before the wedding so it doesn't give you much time if there are any issues. I was extremely disappointed in the measurement process. My husband has a larger neck, and the shirt they ended up renting for him was a 5XL (typically he's an 2XL in MW styles). While it did fit his neck, the rest of the shirt was gigantic. They were able to rush order a 2XL shirt for him, and he ended up wearing one the 5X with a jacket at dinner and swapping for the 2XL without the jacket and the top button undone later in the night. I wish they would have suggested a custom shirt or given us some kind of warning that fit could be an issue. They did immediately order a new shirt once we brought the issue to their attention, but I would have expected the staff who sell menswear for a living to have brought it up while we still had time to do something about it. read more

I discovered The Men's Wearhouse only a couple months ago but have stepped in probably 10 times already as I have been adapting my wardrobe to my new corporate job. I have been to two so far- one in Orlando and the one in Boulder, which is the one I go to most frequently. I have had really great experiences at each location! I went in knowing very little on how to dress (proper fit, colors, etc...) and they were very patient with me and made me feel welcomed and valued as they patiently answered all my novice questions about style. Kyle from the Boulder branch has been incredible! He's been working there for 6 years now. Talk about someone who really goes the extra mile! I was having a hard time finding two suits I wanted to buy and he was so patient with me as I tried to match up the good deals with the colors/styles I wanted. I told him I was on a budget and he never pressured me to buy more than I was comfortable with, but instead really tried to help me out. I'm a smaller, slim guy and a lot of the suits didn't fit me too well or weren't the color I was looking for so he actually kept me in mind over several visits and let me know when something came in that seemed to be a goof fit for me. He eventually ordered the perfect suits for me in a cut that didn't require any tailoring (saved me a lot of money!). They are the two best suits I've ever had and I've gotten compliments every single time I wear them! I have a 2-year old and it's really difficult to shop with him around so I often pick stuff up after my son goes to sleep and then I go home to show my wife and usualy end up returning some of the items. These guys have made it very easy for me- I never felt pressured or guilty for returning stuff even though I do it so often, and they take the time to dig into their system when I forget my receipts and make it all work out. Now that I know my sizes/styles/brands, I just order everything on-line and return what I don't like. It's always nice to see Kyle when he's in- he always has time for a conversation and to educate me on trends and styles. I honestly can't imagine shopping anywhere else now for my formal wear. These guys are great! And the deals are amazing- make sure to get on their e-mail list and create a PerfectFit ID and you get incredibly good deals sent to your e-mail on a daily basis. In short, I feel great about what I wear and am staying within my small budget and am absolutely loving the service I've gotten from The Men's Wearhouse! Keep up the great work! read more

Not great, not horrible. Left feeling like I got my money's worth... maybe. Everyone knows this place is like a used car lot. That's their entire business model. I will say I was pleasantly surprised, no one turned on the heat as far as trying to sell me too hard. Then again, I came in during the buy one, get one free sale, so they probably knew I was already suckered in. I needed a suit for job interviews, and wasn't too please I was going to have to pay full price for their overpriced stuff. Then again, buy one, get one free makes it less painful. Can't remember my salesmans name, but he was an older gentleman with gray hair, and was very kind. I am a giant, and I had waited until the day before my interview to get a suit (I know, I'm young and dumb.) Despite the short window of time, he went out of his way to make sure my suit was perfectly tailored by that evening so I could be ready to go. This was simply him going the extra mile, and it was greatly appreciated. He tried to upsell me on some shoes, which frankly I do need, but when I declined there was no real pressure. The other salesman were pretty horrible. I don't think they know the meaning of "professional." I'm gonna guess they don't know the meaning of a lot of words. I had to listen to one of the most inane conversations about lunch options that can't really be encapsulated in this review. Needless to say, the boys at the Men's Wearhouse will get to the bottom of the age old mystery, does Fire House Subs "boil" or "broil" its meat? I wish I was kidding. Everything went together with such ease and style, I couldn't have asked for more! Hey guys -if you're looking for a rental stop reading and Go elsewhere, this place is not worth your time nor money. My husband was father of the bride and rented what the groomsman were wearing, it required 4 trips! - and he ended up still pressing his own sleeve cuff. The service was very courteous, but follow through with the product is ridiculous, especially at $200. Various mistakes were experienced by nearly all groomsman at different locations. read more

I had the best experience with the Manager Danny. My fiance and I are getting married in October and we have been trying to find a suit for myself and the groomsmen. We had been looking online and we decided to go in and actually see the colors of the suits in person. We had ones we thought we wanted but turned out, they were way different than what we thought they were going to be. Danny was there to help. We saw a suit we fell in love with and he was super helpful with working in our budget and making things match. I used to work for customer service and Danny is an all star at the customer service piece. I have had good experiences at Men's Warehouses before but this was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I will definitely be sending anyone I know to him and his store. read more

The tux even came in sooner than expected and the prices were very adorable for being a college student. I went here looking for a pair of shoes, and they ended up not fitting right. Even after I wore them the manager replaced them for me with no restocking fee. On top of that, I got two suits for the price of one. Anna, an excellent stylist, helped me to find the right get up. She went through shits, suits, and tailoring for over an hour and a half. Top notch place, good customer service. I believe Jeremy was the one to assist me and it honestly was the first positive experience I've had trying on suits in a long time. He was well spoken and made sure I got information about my sizing that would help me in the future. He had good questions and worked quickly, but not rushed. Walked into the store with my girlfriend to look for suits and was approached by absolutely no one. Not a single worker even acknowledged us, and when we were browsing the store waiting for a worker to help us with colors, fits, etc, they just watched us browse aimlessly. I even asked a worker for a fitting room/help with fitting - and he simply pointed at a fitting room and told me I had to push, not pull. That's it. The worst part - I walked out of the fitting room with a suit on to show my girlfriend, and it was obviously not fitted for me at all, and 3 workers just walked past me without even offering any kind of help. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a suit store - where workers are supposed to help you the most. Will never be returning to this store. My son went to Mens Warehouse because he needed a suit for fraternity rush. He told Abigail that he has 2 mens warehouses suits at home and just needed something simple to wear that night. She said don't worry, she'd take care of him. She never discussed prices with him. He's never gone by himself to buy something like this. $1200.00 later he didn't know what to do. She knew he was a college student who needed something simple for really only one night. Shame on Abigail for taking advantage of someone who was under pressure and didn't know what he was doing.
