The fabulous owner Cecily is warm and inviting with great flair and sense of style. There's a cool blend of classic, funky and hip pieces. My package ordered with "signature" option was lost, while USPS insisted it was delivered (happens periodically). I contacted the FOX's customer service and was basically yelled at (they implied that I lied!). Better yet, a year later I found out that bc of that one occurrence, I was placed on the "blacklist" and I can't order from them anymore! This is completely outrageous, and I make a point to let as many people as I can about it. Don't order online from them, you can get screwed for nothing as I was. Outrageous!!!

He spent an hour with us trying on rings and going over options and ended up helping us build the perfect set for me! We also ended up getting my husband a new ring too! All three rings for LESS than we would have spent on just an engagement ring at the corporate spots. We stayed on budget, we got exactly what I had envisioned, and my husband got a new ring too.
