This is not simply a matter of the valet being "distant" or having a bad attitude. There is a very noticeable difference in the way I am treated depending on the vehicle I arrive in.When I come by myself in my regular car, the valet has told me, "You have to park your car yourself." On another occasion, when the valet area was very busy and there were many cars, he told me, "I'm going to do you a favor and park it for you today because we are full." A valet service is a paid service. Parking my car is not a "favor" being done for me.What makes this situation even more obvious is what happens when I arrive with my husband in his newer sports car. Even when there are empty spaces available, we are suddenly told that only the valet attendants are allowed to park that particular car. The attitude and willingness to provide the service completely change. It is very hard not to notice that the difference seems to be based on the fact that the car is newer, modern, and a sports car.I have also had an upsetting experience involving my mother, who was not treated with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should receive. This is especially disappointing at a medical facility, where patients and their family members should be treated with patience and professionalism.I want to be very clear: I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the service I am paying for. If valet parking is offered and customers are paying for it, customers should not be made to feel as though parking their vehicle is a favor. There are usually two attendants working there -- one younger gentleman who is darker-skinned and another gentleman who appears to be somewhat older. I am mentioning this so management can identify the employees involved and actually look into what is happening at this location.I strongly believe the owner or management of Best NRG Parking Services Inc. should be aware of how their employees are representing the company. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and can absolutely cost the company customers.Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. Everyone paying for valet service deserves the same respect and the same service, regardless of what they drive.

There's no other option to cancel other than call. So I decided to call them right away on next morning right when they open. I wonder how would anybody would make the appoitment if they were closed all the time.. I mean, impossible and it is just an excuse to charge you. I have complained but they don't care. Good luck haunting my now and wasting your money for $25. I guess they have nothing better to do and they do not even have clients there, so they have to bother the few clients they used to have.

All of that to say, my OB/GYN Specialists has been the only place in Miami that has made me feel comfortable welcome and like I'm actually getting the care that I need. The staff is always so extremely welcoming the doctors or nurses no matter who I have an appointment with always take the time to be caring and thoughtful, I truly wish more women could have this kind of experience instead of being exposed to the craziness that's out there in Miami. I think that it is inevitable for some people to have some negative experiences based on the day in the situation, but I really have to say that as someone who tried multiple different doctors and had some really really horrible experiences, this is the place to trust.

This is a review about the extortionary practices of Dr. Ferro and her office…read more During my routine visit, Dr. Ferro forced me to schedule a follow up for something which I assured her was normal - had been recently checked in NY and is fine. She refused to listen to me. Abhorrent behavior. I scheduled the follow up, basically with no choice, and came for the visit in December of 2024. The tech saw me first, and then I was seen by Dr. Ferro. She got the reason incorrect for my visit not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. She showed a complete lack of interest, lack of knowledge, lack of understanding. My reason for sitting in that office was primarily her doing, additionally communicated to the tech, and should have been in my patient file. After explaining to her again (and again) why I was there, she ended the visit by APOLOGIZING for wasting my time. "I'm so sorry for having brought you in here and wasted your time" - I should have recorded her. If the only thing wasted was time, a negative review would already be necessary. However, I paid $50 for this visit at the office. In January, I received a bill for $119 for this visit. Now, in April, I have just received a further bill of $25. The front desk staff is either unempowered or unable to answer for billing questions, both of which are unacceptable. They say these are all for the same visit, just now being processed for insurance. In December I already had found a new provider as I would never return to someone who doesn't listen to her patients and who arrives unprepared for the visit she requested. However, it is clear now that her office is simply trying to extort their patients for their money and their insurer's money. This office should be shut down - I wouldn't wish this experience on any person.

Now they are leaving all their Keys Women in a lurch as they are SUDDENLY closing the Tavernier office, with ZERO NOTICE. After meeting Dr. Perez, I felt confident that this would be a good choice for me! Since it's a practice of three doctors (Lievano, Perez, and Collado), you meet with them all throughout your pregnancy, but can schedule appointments with just one for regular care like annual exams. I liked that they're super close to Baptist Hospital which ended up being a great hospital for my delivery. Speaking of, the thing about a practice is that you never know which doctor will be on call so it's best not to have your heart set on having a certain doctor there when you go into labor. On the weekends, they rotate with another practice entirely which I didn't learn until later, and it was a bit scary to know I may have a doctor I've never even met. Dr. Collado ended up being there when the time came and I'm SO happy and thankful! She was awesome the entire time, saved me from having an emergency C-Section, cooperated with my doula, and stayed at the hospital the entire night while we waited for my baby to arrive (and was there early the next morning!). I loved having her so much, I was set on keeping her as my main doctor moving forward. Unfortunately I moved, but would definitely encourage others to make an appointment with her if you're looking for a new gyno. Given how often I had to go there during my pregnancy, I'd say that wait times weren't bad on average, but there were a couple of times that were long, usually when a doctor was unexpectedly out. The nurses were always super kind though and great at taking blood. The ultrasound tech was also nice, and the back office was usually pretty good about helping me with billing issues, insurance, etc. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. Pregnancy and birth can be super vulnerable and a bit nerve wracking, but I'd trust this team to do it again if I was in Miami.

Also, if there is no one available to answer the phone, you get a robot message from Verizon stating "The Verizon customer you are trying to reach, call cannot be completed as dialed." WHAT? This is a business office-- ridiculous! Will be switching doctors.
