I came prepared -- researched what I needed ahead of time, downloaded the right application, filled it out, and made an appointment online. When I arrived, they checked me in quickly and even escorted me to the right window for service. The office was very clean and organized, so that's an easy five stars. The service was excellent from start to finish -- everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely committed to making the process smooth. The quality of the experience was great too. The instructions online matched what was needed in person, and when I made a small error on my form, the clerk helped me correct it on the spot. The efficiency score, though, takes a small hit. My appointment confirmation never came through by email, and because of that, no one was going to call me over the intercom. Luckily, someone came to get me personally within a minute of sitting down, which made up for it. Still, it shows the system isn't perfect. Lastly, the value of the experience gets four stars. One front-desk clerk got distracted when other customers interrupted us, which slowed things down a bit -- but he was courteous, and I appreciated his effort to get me taken care of once we got back on track.
