Have never experienced such a poor service. My certified letter with important documents took for ever to be delivered. After first unlucky attempt (7;17 pm - office was closed to receive certified mail), they promised to attempt next business day, which never happened until next week ,Monday i called and filed request for service....what a disaster. read more

As mentioned in Jessica E.'s previous review, the Doral branch lost four envelopes, my payments to the court, totaling over $1280, plus fees for stop payment, court fees for non-payment, and attorney fees. Since March, I have been hand-delivering mail with my payments to the branch. Either they are stealing the mail or throwing it in the garbage to do less work. An elderly lady was complaining because she lost her food stamps. This is unacceptable. For anyone interested, you can file a formal complaint as I did yesterday. Finally, someone called me, and they are conducting an investigation of that branch. Unfortunately, a review alone doesn't work. The mail is Federal. so employees at that branch should know better, the poor services is not only in that branch. These package are either at the post office or at the Distribution Center. 9505510003814058476403 9402136105536099287451 9410836105536463957957 MRC hasn't been able to find any of the packages, I have contacted more the 130 Freight Forwards and Couriers in the Doral area and they don't have them. So again, these packages are either a at the post office of at the Distribution Center. Doral's Supervisor Renaldy Gutierrez only said "They were mishandled". Casually these 3 package contain a considerable amount of collectible cards and all of them lost. Seems like someone is stealing these kind of packages. read more

Like any Post Office the only difference in regular business is the customer service and the kindness of their staff. Normally at this branch the ladies are the ones very helpful and polite. Many times the office is very busy and you could see the long line. Mailboxes inside and outside for easy drop off. I'm a post office box renter and no complaints with the service so far and have access to the box 24/7. The have plenty parking spots available. You may also buy Stamps from a kiosk that also provides you with a package scale for to confirm the weight 24/7 if isn't broken. That kiosk accepts electronic transactions and regular bills not sure if provides change. read more

We've been coming to this location for over 10 years. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating to us, even when the center is packed. Mondays are best avoided as lines are always long. Best times to come are mid week, early afternoon. They have a self serve kiosk and post office boxes at this location. Parking is ample. read more

I rang the bell because I had a package for pick up and Alex was kind enough to provide me amazing service and grab my package knowing that I travel so much. If I could give them less than one star I would. I have never had issues with the United States Postal Service until I moved to Miami. I have also NEVER dealt with more rude and incompetent people. I have a recurring package sent to me every three months and EVERY SINGLE TIME this post office can't find it. Not only can they not find it, they don't even attempt to deliver it. Usually if I'm not home a carrier service leaves a note, not these guys. I track my package online and it says to just come pick it up but every time I do, they can't find it. Why would I want to pick it up? That defeats the purpose of conveniently delivering it to me! Also, don't try calling them ever, it will ring and ring until it turns into a busy signal then hangs up on you. If you absolutely have to deal with the USPS in Miami, good luck but I HIGHLY recommend saving yourself the headache and just us UPS or Fedex or even DHL if you're desperate. read more

I realize way too late the error of my ways. Lets start with the fact that if I had just put the address on the box I was sending about 2 inches to the left I could have done it myself using the automated machine available to people who are obviously smarter than me. Second, I didn't just drive a bit farther and go to the one inside International Mall. This location always has a line. Always. Its understaffed for its size, most businesses in the Doral area do their business through this one. There is always someone with a dolly waiting to be helped at the 'other' window, and only two people (if that many) helping the countless patrons standing in line. Today I had the pleasure to stand there in front of a woman who was a cow chewing her gum so loud it sounded like she was doing it in my ear. It took every ounce of self control not to SLAP her the 20 minutes I waited and listened to the classless, uncontrollable cow chewing and gum snapping sounds right next to me. I hope she chokes on that gum. I hope Karma doesn't punish me for feeling that way too. The employees could be a bit more pleasant but hey it is the Post Office, what can you expect? read more

This is absolutely the WORST USPS location. I was assigned this location after relocating offices over a year ago. Ever since we moved I constantly receive complaints from my vendors that their checks arrive 2,3,4 even 5 weeks late. Ridiculous! I mailed out 40 checks on Friday and I received them back on Monday with a rubber band, all labeled returned due to wrong address. Not to mention these are vendors we have been doing business with for over 40 years and have always received our checks within 2-3 days. I drove over with the stack and handed it to the cashier, they verified the addresses were correct and could not explain WHY they were not mailed. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was waiting for him over 45 minutes resulting in a no show. Of coarse, after wasting my time I left! There was no urgency in attending my concern. Their mistakes have costed my company money due to late fees since they cannot get our mail out on time. Its very frustrating! I will definitely look into how I can get this fixed especially with the extra charges I am being billed!!! read more

I don't know what is wrong with this usps, whether it is thievery or incompetence, but even long before covid this usps shows my packages delivered and they are NEVER delivered. I NEVER receive my package, and it is impossible to get usps as a whole to care. You make any sort of complaint or inquiry and you get a ticket number they do nothing about. I have one over a year old, still they have not even attempted to resolve it. I don't live in the middle of nowhere, and there is an office they could drop things off at if my 1st floor apartment were too difficult to find. Its not an issue of a weird address. If you live in Doral, make sure you use any other mail delivery service besides the usps, if you actually want to receive it. Because when it doesn't show up, you are expected to just be happy with your missing package. read more

At 5:20 pm a Hispanic lady asked clerk #35 for some tape and she told her very rudely she must buy it. Another client explained the lady that tape was just for Priority and was told to buy another envelop that was agreed to pay for. However, the lady got very upset because all 4 clerks which were black Americans were laughing at the lady in front of all other customers. I truly believe they must be suspended without pay, and issue a warning or even being fired; because such behavior and customer service is unacceptable. There are no pens in line to address shipping containers/boxes/envelopes to be purchased here. When you get up there to address the materials, they make you step aside to use their pens at the front. I was supposed to receive a package today from this post office on 97th Ave in Doral, Miami, FL. I waited all day for it, then got a text telling me that it had been Delivered to my Front Door. What?! Not to MY front door. The carrier obviously took it to the wrong address. This was an amazon purchase and now I suppose I have to purchase the item AGAIN. HELLO??? Our mail carrier who is Asian is fantastic and huge asset to my area . I wish I could give him 5 stars as an individual USPS carrier . The post office itself has problems . No one answers the phone at that post office or they pick up and hang up . I had a package '' missing'' at the Opa-locka sorting place . I have had 2 bad experiences with this shipping company, the first was that the man who put my package in the mail forgot to put the security key and I could not open the mail until he put the key in the mail. And the second was that I ordered an item and it doesn't update or tell me where it is when the package was supposed to arrive three days ago. I have been waiting 8 days for my package to arrive. While looking for a local to me post office and reading reviews, I began to miss the one I used to frequent. Can I just say, right off the bat, I'd gone there for like 5 years and it wasn't ever really that bad? Maybe it was just me. As far as post offices go, this one is probably one of the best I've been to. The staff was always friendly (kinda funny at times) and they were generally quick. Past tense because I've been missing it for a while. Yeah, lines get intense and package pickup can be a little slow, but it's not exactly unbearable. Watch the time when you go- it generally gets crazier at peak hours. (Like at the end of the day.) If you're looking to mail something over the weekend, try International Mall's post office, since this one isn't open then. read more

The lady in the receiving was annoyed both the bell and my presence. She told me that I had to go inside to make to form a line to drop off everything. please, before you go to this location, you have to know what you are exposed to; i used this branch to send a package for christmas, i dropped it off on the 17th, it was a local delivery, it is actually the same zip code of the facility; the package was marked for next day delivery, it was not deliveried next day or the following or yesterday or ever...i went to the facility to get some explanaition, the guy very respetful and calm told me(this is the best part) "sorry lady that this happened to you" there is nothing we can do about it... if i got lost all you can do is put a claim on the mail search...if that does not work...you put a claim...if it does not work..you use the insurance...you will get paid 50.00 that will be the end of the story" i was believe me speachless when i heard that, now..i do not know what to do...i went to the usps office at 72 ave and 22nd street...they told me...nothing we can do if you used a post office facility..and now what?? does someone has an answwer for this? is this the post office that we have in this country? i do not believe so...can someone here tell me something...now it does not show any trace of tracking transit... read more

Very disappointing!!!! This place should CLOSE already! I was supposed to receive 4 Amazon packages 4 days ago (with Prime Shipping) and the USPS lady yelled from the street to one of my employees on Monday saying that she didn't have space on her truck and that we must go pick up the packages! She marked the packages "Delivered" so when I tried to put the complaint on USPS 1-800 they can't seem to be able to do anything about it other than "open a case"! They can't even re-schedule delivery because this ridiculous woman scanned the packages as Delivered! To make matters worse I've tried calling the local USPS more than 20 times in 3 days and no one answers the phone! So this woman shows up again in my office today (Thursday) and she personally tells me to go pick up my packages! I got so angry I told her I would report her! I am not the carrier and Amazon has already paid them to deliver the stuff to me so I shouldn't have to inconvenience myself! And they don't even fit in my car! I am trying to call the 1-800 number AGAIN because more than 48 hrs have passed by since the "case" was opened and no one has even contacted me! It's like they don't give a F! I am trying to hold off on driving to the USPS store myself because Hell will break lose if I drive up there. Amazon doesn't help me because since package says Delivered, they want me to wait more days before doing anything! I've spent so much time already that I am beyond upset.
