Initially I…read morerequested a rear facing car seat for my 14 month old and the day of - when we were flying to Nantucket, they told us they only have forward facing. I was quoted $120 for the car transport from the airport to hotel which is a 15 minute ride. I agreed to pay this which is way more than anyone would pay because I had an child and needed the car seat. When I got the final charge, they charged be over $200. They claim they charge per hour and build in a 30 minute wait time for driver at airport and 15 minute return time to the lot. If this is the case, show this in the pricing instead of making it fine print in your contract. When I voiced my concerns about this, they said sorry for the confusion and sent me a breakdown of the timing- UNACEPPTABLE!
