He told me that it was impossible; wanted me to call 15 minutes before arrival despite the fact that everyone knows there is poor connectivity on the ferries. Refused to accept the reservation and hung up on me. I then booked an Uber with no difficulty. I would love to give my business to the locals but this is why they give a bad impression to the tourists I have been coming to the island yearly since 1984 and never understood why some people had a negative impression but now I know.

There was no explanation that they were fully booked just an abrupt dismissal. I understand businesses get busy, especially during the holiday season, and I recognize that this company has mixed reviews, so others may have different experiences. However, I can only speak to my own. I was disappointed by how the call was handled; arranging accessible transportation for someone with a disability is already challenging, and a little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. Fortunately, I contacted Tania's Taxi afterward, and they were courteous, professional, and able to schedule the ride without any issues. If you are simply looking for a quick ride around town, your experience may be different. However, if you are coordinating transportation for someone with mobility needs or an important medical appointment, compassion, clear communication, and professionalism matter, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Absolute horrible experience. Initially I…read morerequested a rear facing car seat for my 14 month old and the day of - when we were flying to Nantucket, they told us they only have forward facing. I was quoted $120 for the car transport from the airport to hotel which is a 15 minute ride. I agreed to pay this which is way more than anyone would pay because I had an child and needed the car seat. When I got the final charge, they charged be over $200. They claim they charge per hour and build in a 30 minute wait time for driver at airport and 15 minute return time to the lot. If this is the case, show this in the pricing instead of making it fine print in your contract. When I voiced my concerns about this, they said sorry for the confusion and sent me a breakdown of the timing- UNACEPPTABLE!
