I tried calling ABC seamless for getting quote for new gutter installation. Here is how the process worked: 1. Lot of flyers on mails(with 15% discount)/ads on internet. So obviously I called them to get quote. 2. Scheduled appt to get quote. They arrived on time for 1st meeting. 3. Never heard back after that! So, never got a quote. 4. Called them atleast twice a week for 2 weeks (manager would respond, my calls would be transferred, then it goes to voice-mail ..) Thats it. 5. Called again, again (to the power of infinity, lol).. no response. Suggest you guys to work with any other company that values your time. Nice jobs ABC on marketing flyers. Thx read more

I had Twin cities exteriors/abc seamless install new siding, trim and gutters on my home a number of years ago. I have two problems with the work they did. The first problem was that my door bell for the back of the house quit working/started to make a humming noise after they put a nail thru the wiring to the door bell. I called to let them know about the problem they caused and they sent someone out to look at it. Well, they looked at it and didn't do a thing to fix it. They would have had to remove siding to find out where they damaged the wiring so they just left it without fixing the problem they caused. I had to disconnect the rear door bell wiring at the transformer inside my home to stop the humming noise caused by wiring damage. My next problem is with the gutters. The screen has started to come apart from under my shingles and now sticks up. I spoke with John at Twin cities exteriors/abc seamless. He said to send photos so his boss (the one that declines any warranty) could make a determination. He stated he would call me the next day as "the boss" was unavailable. No call back the next day or even next week till I called. Of course when I called back, the gutter "screens" were somehow "not covered under warranty" I cannot recommend this company to anyone, lies about the warranty, poor workmanship that damaged the doorbell wiring, no calls back when they said they would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

DO NOT HIRE ABC SEAMLESS!! Where do I start with this review? We contacted ABC in May 2019 as we needed to have shakes on 3 sides of our home replaced due to continual woodpecker damage (past and present tense). Mark, the salesperson, came out and did the initial estimate. We got bids from 5-6 other companies as well, and, while ABC was not the lowest price, we decided to go with them based on the reviews online as well as the fact that Mark said that the crew would be able to start the following week and be done quickly (he stated at the latest 3 weeks from start to finish).   We signed the contract with Mark, and days later received a call saying he screwed up and forgot to add in the Tyvek backing into the bid, which would increase the cost of the project by over $1000. While we did not like that the price had gone up, we had already dismissed the estimates from the other companies, so decided to move forward with ABC regardless. Another couple weeks went by, and still no word on when the crew would start. I continually had to call Mark to figure out when they would be starting and kept getting different excuses, from color match issues of the siding, to back-order issues, etc. Fine. Another week or so went by, and I got a call from ABC saying that I would need to call an arborist to come out and trim back the trees on one side of the house before they could start. Really? OK, fine. After doing some research to find a good arborist who could come out quickly to do the trimming, another $600 gone.   More weeks go by, still no updates. Finally the production team called and said they had the siding in and would come out to start a couple days later. Oops, I guess they received some of the wrong color, so had to order more to match. Another week+ goes by. I had to call again and they said they finally received everything they needed. The crew came to the house, and after walking around for 10 minutes, they knocked on the door and told me they didn't have ladders tall enough to do the job; you're a siding company...we have a house in S. Minneapolis, not a 3-story mansion on Lake Minnetonka. You don't have ladders to put on siding? Four months later you're just now realizing this? In the meantime, we have had woodpeckers literally beginning to nest behind the siding that was to be replaced months earlier. Signed the contract in June 2019, Mark calls me in Sept 2019 telling me they have to back out of the job because they don't have the equipment. It took you 4 months (from time of the estimate) to realize you didn't have ladders to reach the siding on a home? He wrote down all of the dimensions. How do you screw that up?   So now here we are, in Sept-Oct, and no one is available to do the job yet this year. Not to mention now the prices are higher. So now we're out the $600 for tree trimming that was mandated by ABC, we cannot get the job done this year because of ABC's incompetence and lack of follow-through, and we have considerably worse damage to the house with it being 4 months later from continual woodpecker activity. While I know we have no monetary recourse in this case, if I can stop at least 1 person from hiring ABC, I will feel my experience was not completely in vain. They preach about being a "family-run" business and that they stand behind their work, but a "family-run" company cannot be allowed to continue business like this, but this "family" will leave you behind the first chance they get. They need to be held accountable for their actions, and hopefully this will aid in that effort. Thanks for reading! read more

Purchased gutter covers from ABC Seamless...Mediocre experience at best. "Salesman" ripped out a quote for the CHEAPEST item they had, which was emailed in some format that I couldn't open. I needed to request a scan of the quote. I was not given options, nor did I even see samples of what I was being pitched. I was still a player at that point. I had to tell him that I was looking for the best option for us, and not just the cheeeeepest thing he could find.... Math on second quote was wrong. Not to my advantage. I agreed to pay the difference, after needing to point it out to the "salesman" I EXPRESSLY asked if the installers cleaned up after themselves... "Salesman" EMPHATICALLY SAID: YES!!. A few days later, I got a call from someone...I didn't know the number, as it wasn't on my caller names list. 10 minutes later is when I called back. This guy all of a sudden couldn't find my work order....I at that point had to ask my husband how he thought they had stayed in business for as long as they have. Took him several minutes to come up with it, while I hung on the phone line. Installation day.... YAY!! The best thing is that the install happened sooner than we expected. As for the clean up thing.... The install guys must have (Intentionally) just thrown the old brackets onto the ground around the house....This is a small, single level rambler, it was a nice day, not raining or even any bugs out. I would have never known right away, except I heard one fall onto my deck. Then I went looking for more.... I am up to 6....the installers were just LAZY, and SLOPPY!! If you use this company be sure you double check and watch everything they do. read more

ABC came out on a Monday (an hour late) and gave me an estimate that was about 200 over other estimates I had gotten. I figured this was due to steel materials. Then Thursday I get a call saying that the estimate I received was half of what it should have been, that they couldn't do it, and hung up. Anyone else have this happen?!? read more

Terrible customer service! The Maple Grove office staff do not talk to the sales people, so quoted amounts billed incorrectly. Installers and schedulers not on same page regarding the work to be done. The product itself seems ok, but am extremely disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism displayed by the office staff. read more
