She cut my hair much shorter than what I had asked for and didn't look much like what I had asked for. At the end she didn't even hand me a mirror so I could see the cut all around, specifically the back. She charged me $60 (plus tip) and it wasn't worth it. When I got home, I noticed that on the left side there were areas that some hair was longer than others. On top of the terrible hair cut, the lady that cut my hair and another employee were laughing at some clients comments she had made about herself and the other employee went on to criticize a client that she was waiting for. The both chitchatted like it was a normal thing to do. I found that disrespectful so that's another good reason not to ever go back, not that I would.

After having several negative and sub-par experiences with other hair salons in Fresno, I thought I was out of luck. I signed up to be on her waitlist, and I'm so happy that I did. Besides Sierra being one of the most awesome and kindest people I have ever met, she did a beautiful job with my hair. I did not come in with any inspiration pictures, but I explained that I wanted dark brown and a cool-toned purple/violet color. Sierra let me know what would look best based on my hair type, and she also recommended some products that she had in her salon and others that I had to pick up. She told me straight up if something would not work for me, whether it was a hairstyle/color/product, and I truly appreciated that. The end result was phenomenal! It was like she read my mind and gave me my dream hair color. She also cut and styled it well. I honestly couldn't be happier.
