My experience the last 3 months was pleasant up until my last dose yesterday. I left yesterdays visit upset and completely discouraged, insulted and taken advantage of as a patient who is now dependent on this medication if I want to continue to lose weight. The last 3 months and $1200 investment feel like a waste . I would not recommend this place to anyone . Poor bedside manner and horrible way of doing business . 1. The woman at the front desk (red head) was unwelcoming and unpleasant. She rushed me into a room only to make me wait past my appointment time. 2. Uncertain of what her qualifications are stated the nurse was busy with another patient, and further stated she would just do it for me . Keeping in mind this was the same woman at the front desk when I walked in. 3. She was sure to let me know that the injection that I was receiving would be my last one, and if I wanted to continue the price now be $599 a month. She went on a rant about supply and demand , not taking new patients, discouraging patients who weren't benefiting from continuing due to short supply followed by... take some time to think about it . If she was implying that I was within this group of people with unfavorable outcome , the choice should be mine as a customer to continue if I wish. The $ isn't a problem for me , however her approach was unprofessional, and to make me aware of the significant price increase on the last Injection is just very poor business , and corners patients into paying significantly more money for an injection they are now dependent on to continue the progression of the treatment/ favorable outcome. This semaglutide experience with EBI feels like a scam . I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

They took time to examine me and didn't rush me out. It ended up that I had the flu and it had progressed to severe bronchitis and both of my ears were full with fluids. Anyhoo, I noticed in large Font, a sign in front of the Revision product line read 20% off on Revision Skincare. Well there's small font language underneath that I could not read from my side of the counter & that large 20% discount reads 'only if a customer brings in a toy for Toys for Tots.' Dang I didn't bring a toy so no discount for me. I don't know when I'll be back so I decided to buy the tinted moisturizing sunscreen that I use to buy at the other medSpa in town. I also saw the cutest makeup bag holding 3 Revision products & it's frustrating how prices aren't listed or tagged on the product. That bag with small size products was quoted to me for $175. Yah, not worth the investment IMO. As I look at all the Revision products, none has sticker prices on them. I know they don't come that way, but I've seen this product at other MedSpas & they manually mark the boxes with the price so you're not constantly asking staff "How much is this? And this? What about this one?' Only staff can see the price on their screen like it's some big secret. Not very transparent in my opinion. A different price can be quoted to someone else & there's no recourse because a price list for each product is NOT visible for all to see. Look at the pics if this is something for you. Remember skincare is an investment & one should protect that investment. Do your best to shop around I noticed & read their recent reviews in the last 6mos. Some were great, some not that good & some give the appearance as if they were written so the 1 or 2 stars wouldn't be the first reviews you read. I see one fellow Yelp Eliter put in her review, so thank you, but the rest of the reviews well there's no profile pic & their review activity is few & far in between. You decide.
