Front desk personnel is another story. Not everyone is super sugary sweet friendly. Front desk receptionist told my provider I was there 15 minutes after I have been waiting. I called ahead of time & she told me if you can get here before 12:30pm (her lunch) I can see you. I arrived at 12:20pm, i noticed the receptionist told her I was there at 12:35pm. Hmmm giving me the appearance that I was late which I was not. I didn't make a big deal about it or verbalize it because she was checking customers in & out, but you would think notifying staff when a customer/client has arrived would be priority. Anyhoo, I noticed in large Font, a sign in front of the Revision product line read 20% off on Revision Skincare. Well there's small font language underneath that I could not read from my side of the counter & that large 20% discount reads 'only if a customer brings in a toy for Toys for Tots.' Dang I didn't bring a toy so no discount for me. I don't know when I'll be back so I decided to buy the tinted moisturizing sunscreen that I use to buy at the other medSpa in town. I also saw the cutest makeup bag holding 3 Revision products & it's frustrating how prices aren't listed or tagged on the product. That bag with small size products was quoted to me for $175. Yah, not worth the investment IMO. As I look at all the Revision products, none has sticker prices on them. I know they don't come that way, but I've seen this product at other MedSpas & they manually mark the boxes with the price so you're not constantly asking staff "How much is this? And this? What about this one?' Only staff can see the price on their screen like it's some big secret. Not very transparent in my opinion. A different price can be quoted to someone else & there's no recourse because a price list for each product is NOT visible for all to see. Look at the pics if this is something for you. Remember skincare is an investment & one should protect that investment. Do your best to shop around I noticed & read their recent reviews in the last 6mos. Some were great, some not that good & some give the appearance as if they were written so the 1 or 2 stars wouldn't be the first reviews you read. I see one fellow Yelp Eliter put in her review, so thank you, but the rest of the reviews well there's no profile pic & their review activity is few & far in between. You decide.

I paid 4 months in advance for a lymphatic massage package, crucial for my healing after surgery. My very first appointment, scheduled just 4 days post-op, was nearly cancelled the morning of -- even though I was already on my way. I explained how important that session was for my health and recovery. Unfortunately, this became a recurring pattern. Appointments were repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled, often at the last minute. I tried to be patient and flexible, but by my 6th appointment, she tried cancelling again -- this time just 30 minutes before, after already missing 3 appointments the prior week. I finally asked for a refund so I could find someone consistent. I was told no refunds were allowed, and was dismissed with the message that she's not doing anything wrong and she's her own boss and can schedule as she wants. I believe clients deserve better. These services are for post-op health and recovery, not just beauty. It's upsetting to see how many women are affected the same way -- charged for bundle packages, then left with no consistent care and no refunds. I'm sharing this to protect and inform others. Please make sure you're choosing someone professional, reliable, and respectful of your healing journey.

From the beginning, I expected a professional, diligent approach -- especially since my original implant surgery with another surgeon left my breasts with a clean, symmetrical finish and a well-done outline around the nipple area. In contrast, this experience felt careless. After the explant, I noticed that the nipples were not closed out with any attention to detail. The stitching was uneven and poorly done, and it seems like the surgeon completely ignored the original clean outline left by my previous doctor -- something that should have been very simple to follow. Now I'm left with deformed nipples and scars that look rushed and unprofessional. What's worse is the energy at my final post-op appointment. When he unwrapped the bandages, he looked at me and said, "This is what you wanted," in a very condescending and dismissive tone. That interaction made me feel like my choice to remove my implants was not respected -- like I was being punished for it. This has been physically and emotionally upsetting. I trusted this doctor to handle my body with care and respect, and I did not receive that. I strongly urge others to research thoroughly and ensure they're choosing a surgeon who not only has skill, but also compassion. I hope you DO NOT go to Dr. Lechtman for implant removal surgery. I should have been a lot more careful and considered the mistake he made 9 months ago to another client of his - please read her review as well.
