I was beyond impressed with Brighthouse Cleaners from start to finish! Communication was constant,…read morepricing was fair, and I still can't get over what a wonderful job they did cleaning my house! Thank you, thank you! Something they also did that impressed me- my 6 year old's room was a disaster. I didn't know what to expect, but I came home to all her stuffed animals neatly arranged on her bed and I thought it was such a sweet touch! If we weren't moving so soon, I'd absolutely hire them again!

We have used Elizabeth and her company for several years to clean our property. However, her…read moreservice and customer service has went down the drain. She was supposed to do a full move-out cleaning for our property and charged almost $500 to do so. The home is 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. The pictures say a lot.

*Negligence and lies during the resolution…read more On May 3rd, they were scheduled to deep clean a studio apartment deep. They have great reviews, and their carelessness during this session caused significant issues. They were notified the dog groomer would be coming to pick up my dog, so everything should have been clear. But instead, they proceeded to clean the countertops and moved a $400 crystal and a small can of paint from the counter to a very small end table 18 inches away from the counter. This would never have been my choice, as it is a recipe for disaster; they could have bumped into it, and anything could have happened. The crystal and paint get knocked off, which they believe was the groomer's fault. I cannot confirm or deny anything because I was not there during the cleaning. Anywho, they are the ones who chose to move these objects there where they could be easily knocked off. The dog groomer notified me that the dog was covered in paint and had gotten in his eyes. She also informed me the crystal was broken, and the cleaners were "so so sorry" and were cleaning it up. The cleaners have yet to reach out. So I messaged them and asked them to move any glass out of the way so it would not harm the dog or cat. When I got home, paint, and dozens of crystal pieces were all on the rug. During these 90 minutes of my absence, the cat had gotten the crystal pieces in her feet and bled on the carpet, couch, and dining room table. The dog also had pieces of crystal in his paws. Both animals had to be taken to the vet to ensure they did not eat any of it. Unfortunately, I cut my hands open during the clean-up and the following days. I contacted them on May 6th and got a callback; I was told they would get back to me ASAP. I followed up on May 9th and May 18th, requesting information to file an insurance claim. On May 18th, they denied any responsibility in the matter. Today -- they claimed, "Respectfully we did not move the crystal." There is no way they did not move it as well as the can of paint because it was not on the end table when I left, and they were there before the dog groomer. They moved it unless my cat had thumbs and carried both objects from the counter to the end table. Unless I am haunted, and a demon moved it, the cleaners moved it. Again -- I do not believe it is intentional, but their negligence caused significant damage. I did not pay them to come home to hours of work and hundreds of dollars in bills. I have had to replace the rug and crystal. I had to pay professional cleaners to get all the tiny glass pieces up and work on the remaining furniture. Both animals had to receive medical attention as well. It is bizarre that they double down, defer blame to the groomer and then lie and say they didn't move the objects in the first place. It should not be such an issue for them to have given the information to file a claim.
