I have been using their services for routine cleaning for 6+ months now, and I can honestly say Maria and her team is the best. Maria is very responsive. She showed up for an onsite quotation within 24 hours. She was very thorough in explaining different types of services they provide which made our choice easy. I also found her very reliable. First off, I checked with 4 companies in the local Stafford area and they were all very close to the same price range. So if price is your only concern I honestly wouldn't look any further than Orderly Home Cleaning. I couldn't recommend this company enough if you need your Carpet cleaning done and I would assume the home cleaning is just as good due to the attention to detail I witnessed. I contacted Maria for a deep cleaning of my new home. Maria came with her crew was punctual. My issue was that there was no attention to detail and there were areas such as toilets, cabinets, and base boards that were either left untouched or not cleaned thoroughly. I even contacted Maria the same day after I had the chance to go over her work to let her know of the areas that were left uncleaned or not cleaned thoroughly. Maria and her crew came back the next morning , and were in and out in 15 minutes and unfortunately left the same results. I will not be using this company again. read more

Maria and her team do an amazing job cleaning our house every time! We've been using her for over a year now. She shows up promptly on time, if not earlier and gets right to it. She does everything from dusting to carpet cleaning. The whole house looks immaculate by the time her and her team are done. We have a 15-month old daughter and trying to keep the house spotless is a challenge and having Maria come almost every month has been extremely helpful. Ok let me start by saying I am VERY critical of house cleaning companies. I have used the same company for 2-3 years and she was doing a great job at a great price but was unreliable at times and did not listen when I noticed something that she missed. I then decided to look for a new company. When I tell you I had 3-4 companies clean my home, they were ALL a disaster! So i decided to try Orderly home cleaning before calling it quits and sticking with my old company. Maria the owner came out to the home the following day after we spoke on the phone and then provided me with an email estimate the next night. I would have preferred to receive pricing while she was at the home but she did provide a detailed outline of what she would cover. I thought the initial cleaning (deep cleaning) price was a little high because I already had a service, and compared to other companies, but i reluctantly agreed once we came to an agreement on what the bi- weekly charge would be. She came yesterday to clean the home. First she arrived about 15 min EARLY, my old company was ALWAYS late, she texted me and asked if it was ok for her to go in a little early, which was completely fine but very courteous of her. She texted me with any questions and concerns she had about what we discussed during the estimate so there was no confusion. Sooo I rushed home after work to see the house and I was finally PLEASANTLY surprised. Everything was nice and neat, clean and put away. You can tell they paid attention to detail. Dusted, vacuumed, and folded the clothes as requested. When I called Maria to thank her she also told me where to locate some clothes that I had left in a chair in our main bedroom. Ok not ONLY did she hang the clothes up in the closet Maria organized the items on the floor and vacuumed inside. Now my closet was short of a MAJOR disaster which I explained to her that I would take care of in a few weeks and then she could get in there to vacuum. She was nice enough to organize it where I could actually walk in. I was more than pleased with her work, attitude and punctuality. I have FINALLY found everything in one company to include customer service and a GREAT cleaning. We will be using Maria's Orderly home cleaning from now on every 2 weeks! I will include an updated review in a few months to inform others of how it goes, but I have no worries. I hope this helps others who have had the same disaster experiences I've had with cleaning services. I highly recommend Orderly Home Cleaning! My biggest complaint about most cleaning agencies is that they only really clean your house to your standards a few times. It goes way down hill after that. I would always get so irritated that I spent my hard earned money on a cleaning service that didn't clean! Maria introduced me to her son Jorge while at my home for a cleaning. She told me that he can give me a great price for carpet cleaning. They were able to give me a reasonable estimate for 3 rooms, 1 master, hall and stairs!!!! Jorge was able to work with my schedule and made my carpets look brand new!!!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I came upstairs to move everything back in its place!!!! He was even able to clean two area rugs (also at a great price) while he was here.
