Rice Avenue do not align with entrances of the parking lot, suggesting the city needs to repaint those, as everyone who needs to turn left out of the parking lot does so illegally.

The team was so kind and helpful, I am thrilled with how everything went. I couldn't have pulled this off without them.

From what I've been told, this was the first Civic Center established in Fort Bend County, and there was nothing like it for years until some of the other suburbs started making their own. Despite its age, it's been kept up with very well. The lobby area is well maintained, there's ample parking with the school district parking right behind the building, and the acoustics are solid. In the main area, there are tiers of seating, including a balcony, and the chairs on the floor are movable so different setups can be accommodated. There's a lot of potential. I really think the city needs to figure out more ways to put the building to use. It would be great for smaller events that wouldn't fit well at the Stafford Center's theater.

While I would absolutely recommend Pelazzio as a venue overall, I personally would not recommend using the DJ or limo services offered through them. Unfortunately, our experience with both was disappointing and did not meet the same level of quality we experienced with the rest of the wedding services. That being said, I still look back on our wedding as beautiful and special, and I'm grateful for all of the wonderful moments we had there. Pelazzio helped create a day we'll always remember.

Doors open at 5:30, and getting there early really matters if you want a good seat because it fills up fast. You can even reserve tables for birthdays or group events. They also sell mini cakes, popcorn, and daubers.
