I was surprised that it was not fried like I've seen so many times, but in a nice soft tortilla with a cheese sauce on top. I ordered the rice and beans as a side and for some reason, they weren't my favorite, but hubby liked them! He ordered the lunch beef burrito and commented on how fresh it was. Next time in I would love to try some of the seafood dishes! Glad we stopped and gave them a try on our travels through Columbia.
