The setup is casual and easy -- you walk up to the counter to order, and they give you a digital pager to let you know when your food is ready. I also appreciated details like the recycled utensils and the overall relaxed feel of the place. The service stood out before I even walked in. Someone was in the parking lot helping direct guests on where to park, which was a nice touch and made arriving easy. The store on Montague Avenue usually has a wider selection, but you'll have plenty of options on Shem Creek. Parking is limited. You can purchase a whole fish, or have them filet while you watch.
